DSP flat out says he did the claim on purpose in the video he posted and then retracted the takedown when "he learned his lesson" months later.

Given that he has retracted the takedown, this could be an obstacle for suprcrzy's "plan". Whatever, he's exercising his rights here since he was kicked from the partner program as a result, supposedly.

The way he's trying to raise money for it is not ideal, because for one in the description he's giving the impression that he has solid grounds since it will "cost DSP a lot of money", paraphrased, but it is also amusing people here rejecting the idea that he should be able to pursue legal action for potential negligent/malicious intent on DSP's part.

I enjoyed some of supercrzy's videos in the past but all this information on him is just wild. His hypocrisy towards Phil is just obvious now and dumb. He brought up Phil's drinking at least a few times in the past while he himself has a worse history of alcohol abuse and alcohol related crimes. I knew his a-logs were weird but damn.

It just so happens that DSP a-logs relate to Phil's bad traits such as lying, grifting, and just being an asshole in general. They also seem to feel justified in their actions, much like a crusader oddly enough. A kind, caring, genuinely good person wouldn't be an a-log to begin with, so that just leaves the "dregs of society" as has been said before.
