I think I mentioned earlier but I don’t buy this because TBS and Meerkat have both started having excessive adverts and they don’t use copyrighted songs like WPIG clearly does.

Really appreciate yours and Telemeters advice on adblocking but I do a lot of listening at work where there’s heavy controls around what can be downloaded on their hardware. Brave and adblockers are a no go.

Without knowing the full context of what he said, it is worth noting that demonetization of content has more implications than simply "I don't get the advertising revenue any longer." Even if he's not going to run ads, if it's marked as ineligible for monetization, it hurts its discoverability as content.

Then again, discoverability shouldn't matter unless he wants to scale upwards, which in turn shouldn't matter absent a deeper incentive such as financial rewards.

Being demonetized does not mean you tube will not put ads in for their advantage. There are plenty of non-monetized channels that ads run on.

Everybody on the TBS streams looks up to him like he is some kind of expert. What in-depth analogy has he ever done? When he is asked about a certain behavior of Phil, he either gives the most textbook and bland answer, or he says "that is not really my area". What are you doing on the show? The only thing he does is make autistic 8 hour long videos on Phil's cat, which is mostly clips from other detractors.

A part of me wishes Steve, Indrid, Snood and Doody made a podcast together. We'd get more autistic sperging from them, and further insight into their lives they proclaim is a hundred times better than Phil's.
