Holy shit, the Judge is fucking pissed. Acerthorn did not ask for a hearing, and his request for clarification would not require a hearing tomorrow. The only conclusion I can come to is that the Judge wants this time to orally berate Acerthorn for flat out lying to his face.

God I hope there's a public teleconference line so the public can listen in, because this is going to be fucking glorious.

True, but remember we're talking the rural South here. All these judges and lawyers are drinking buddies with each other. Once Boone County declares him a vexatious litigant, every judge and lawyer in the entire fucking region will know about it in a week, and that timeframe is being generous. He'll go to courthouse after courthouse and have his lolsuits immediately dismissed. There might even be a ban on him entering a few area courthouses. He will try anyway, and be arrested and tossed in the local jail where the cops will happily fuck him up in the hopes that THIS FUCKING TIME he'll get the point. Maybe they'll break his hands and deny him medical attention so he can't write/type any more. That actually happened ages ago to some autist who was ranting about being a political prisoner or someshit.

I like to point out that court opened like 15 minutes ago. That means that this order is one of the first things the judge did when he got to work.
