TBH, I was surprised myself. However, just you wait. The lulz are just starting. Even a half-asleep attorney will decimate him in court. But I aim to make this something special. I aim to teach him a lesson for harming so many smaller creators. AND, because I'm an arrogant fuck, I aim to punish him for daring to challenge me when it's obvious that he's wrong. Because I'm a vindictive prick like that.

Holy christ in a wheelbarrow, what the hell?

This dudes a fucking menace! He just sues everyone he can in the hopes of that one chance of winning some money, which point, people don't have the kind of money he's trying to go for. There's genuinely no logic behind it all.

Can people be banned from creating lawsuits in the US? Cus if not, fuck me, he's top candidate for the first to slapped with it; even above the guy who wouldn't move outta his parents and sued them to let him stay in there home.

The defendants can motion for it (see, for example, Molski v. Evergreen Dynasty Corp., 500 F.3d 1047 (9th Cir. 2007) ). That being said, the court can do it on its own will as well (see, for example, Moy v. United States, 906 F.2d 467 (9th Cir. 1990) ).

The government here is irrelevant as it is not a party to the lawsuit.

It looks like Boone County has almost had it with Acerthorn. Vexatious litigant ruling incoming. He could concievably head to the next county over to try to reboot his bullshit, but American pickups guzzle gasoline, and gas is over $4 a gallon even in Arkansas. Making the rounds of area courts would put a severe bite into his tugboat.

The man is fueled by spite. He'd walk there if he felt he needed to. Granted, he'd pass out 30 times on the way there and complain every step, but he'd still attempt.
