Another pretty typical Acerthornism to recast a Court's appropriately succinct reasoning as "no reason whatsoever." He doesn't seem to understand that his word-vomit pseudo-arguments don't require anything more than a couple sentences to rebut for anyone who, you know, actually went to law school.

It is effective, at least in doing what it's meant to do. I don't think Stebbins thinks he's going to win the lawsuits, but he does them anyway to maximize suffering/financial issues on behalf of the defendant.

He is completely delusional whether through subpar acting skills, but he sounded like he was in tears because the Judge in the case against Creetosis didn't allow his complaint to be filed. You would have to be delusional to keep filing lolsuits over hurt feelings and reasons of 'This person is a scumbag and deserves to be sued.' All of his lolsuits going forward will be easily pushed off because of his own admittance, he sues people because they're scumbags and deserve to be sued.
Supposedly he's getting Spectre's videos pulled from Rumble and even threatening him with legal actions even though anyone that falls for his trap of 'Argue my points and I'll accept that I am wrong.'

Big red flag here is that Stebbins can't fathom ever being wrong about anything in his mind, and there is no point to argue him because unlike what he says he is unable to fathom the idea of ever being wrong. He is a walking contradiction that has put forward the idea that he can be debated, but the moment that you disagree with him all bets are off and he'll chase after you with his turkey gobbling warcry for all of your value as a human. He is ungovernable, and unemployable. He is just smart enough to figure out how to file lawsuits, but that's it. He can't provide evidence to backup his claims beyond his word.

He believes that his right and everyone else is wrong and doesn't know what they're talking about. He will even go to great lengths to call a lawsuit a win when in reality time is running out on his case against SidAlpha because most of the 50 states in the US have libel laws where the statue of limitations is no more than 2 years. I have no clue how in the fuck mold brain thinks he's winning in that one, but supposedly he is in his words.
