Stebbins made the bold claim that if you can address his arguments and show where he’s wrong in the law he’d accept that.Supposedly he's getting Spectre's videos pulled from Rumble and even threatening him with legal actions even though anyone that falls for his trap of 'Argue my points and I'll accept that I am wrong.'
However the courts told him that his Accidental Livestream was, by his own admission, not something planned or executed as a creative work. That means it is not eligible for copyright and his filing that piece with the copyright office is incorrect.
There you go Stebbins, you have no legal leg to pursue anyone for using that matter because it’s just junk. You should write back to the copyright office and remove it from their listing as a matter of integrity and fairness.
Will he stop trying to take down channels and file copyright strikes against anyone using that footage? In my opinion not very likely.
