Stebbins made the bold claim that if you can address his arguments and show where he’s wrong in the law he’d accept that.

However the courts told him that his Accidental Livestream was, by his own admission, not something planned or executed as a creative work. That means it is not eligible for copyright and his filing that piece with the copyright office is incorrect.

There you go Stebbins, you have no legal leg to pursue anyone for using that matter because it’s just junk. You should write back to the copyright office and remove it from their listing as a matter of integrity and fairness.

This is true, if you've seen his debate with Creetosis (I think it was Creetosis or one of his friends), Stebbins was extremely insistent that everyone else was 'respectful'. Oh for sure, it's still a wildly unfair settlement that puts Zell in a bad position against an absolute tyrant and I didn't mean to downplay that by excluding those points, though I can see how I did.
