And yet, the judge in his case against KF recommended IFP be denied. It can be done, and easily, given his now established record of abusing the system.

(Granted, that judge might have only done it because Stebbins harassed and threatened the clerk. But he still put in the work investigating Stebbins and laid out a solid rationale that would easily hold up in other courts.)

That wasn't the first time David has pulled that, and it won't be the last. I see many more IFP removals in his future, especially if the WV one actually happens as it sets a precedent. That case is moving so slow we won't find out until 2030 or so though.

Stabby has complained about every judge starting from his halcyon days of suing governments for trillions of dollars to current day where he's making issues over $1.15 fees.

This man knows no bounds. Every judge is is against him, every system is corrupt and everyone is plotting his downfall so he's very right to file complaint after complaint.

I'm also not seeing either Delaware case arrive in W.D. Arkansas yet. I suspect some poor clerk is roaming the halls looking for a Judge to assign the case to and they all take one look and tell the clerk "Hell No".

For some reason I confused Stebbins v Moon with some other case and I thought there was an appeal pending. But all we're waiting for is the District Court Judge to review the objections and approve the dismissal of the case as recommended by the Magistrate Judge.... I think.
