That makes sense why he's trying to speedrun the dismissal. When he gets sanctioned and it's dismissed he can then go straight to the appeals court without begging for an interlocutory appeal.

I also noticed something.
The mod date on his alleged 7/31 document is today, as one might expect when it gets the little stamp put on it and uploaded by the clerk. But why, if it was "Filed" on the 31st did it not show up till today.

The creation date, on at least one previous filing matches the filing date even when it was after hours, in this case it does not.
I'm going to suggest that on the 31st Stabby uploaded his document, but sadly it was corrupt and the court couldn't read it, so they let him know Friday and he couldn't get his computer problem "fixed" until Monday. Since he really did file on 7/31 they helpfully backdated the fixed file to that date. This, of course, gave him all weekend to finish gobbling in the filing.

I think David will try to drag this out as long as possible to avoid paying the fine. So I think he will try every trick in the book as it only costs him time and David's time is worthless.

In the end however I think he will end up eating this one. He lied on a court document and that's a sanctionable offense.

Funny...David's greed over 15 dollars will end up costing him everything. I dunno what the court collection process is, I wonder if David will ever really have to pay. I mean he's got nothing, no job, no savings and lives off of the state so in the end the courts can't do too much to him.

And he has cited Avvo.


We'll see what YouTube/Alphabet comes back with assuming the motion is granted, which it likely will be as the court told him to do it.

thats most likely counted as a "new document" when the court scans it with a stamp and the docket / court info at the top of all pages i would think

It seems likely that he'll get exactly what Bibi submitted on the complaint form. Which may or may not be accurate, depending on if he's the same user as the Bibi YouTube account. I looked at the form, you're supposed to provide real name, address, email and phone. I did not check to see if it would be accepted if I wasn't logged in. I suspect that since the name appears to be an alias it's highly likely all other data is fake.
