Creetosis (one of the parties sued) is currently livestreaming his critique of the lawsuit:

Edit: Creetosis and his friends confirm they are aware of this thread on Acerthorn and one of Creetosis' friends says it's "very well documented and he was really suprised"

Here's a link to Creetosis's friends archive debate with Acerthorn

Local archive just so Acerthorn can't DMCA it from Youtube:

Reminder, Acerthorn has admitted to trying to copyright basic shapes like squares:

Obviously, it failed. He then sued Register of Copyrights and Director of U.S. Copyright Office.

I told them about it (the person who said it was well documented was not me though… that person is right though)

Anyways sometimes it feels like this site is slow on the uptake sometimes… at least in regards new lolcows. After a thread gets set up the updates are pretty fast.

A bit of fun while I'm still working on the OP. I didn't want to include this until I can confirm it's OUR Acerthorn, but I found this on the porn site Heavy-R.com on a video of a naked woman being (allegedly) hanged to death.

A comment in 2013 from someone called "To acerthorn" is, judging from his violent history, disappointedly reporting that she wasn't really killed. frownyface.jpg

Someone else mentioned Melinda Scott, and I see the similarities. I have to wonder if she’s been taking tips from David.
There's definitely a bit of a Smelly Melly vibe; Acerthorn's "unclean hands" is his equivalent to her "color of law". That said, there's a Russell Greer vibe there too. Mainly the weapons grade narcissism, biting the hand that fed him and the lolsuits where Davey boy claims he's been discriminated against.

If Mel and Russhole bumped uglies and made their own tard baby, Acerthorn would be the result. I get the feeling those of us who follow Mel and/or Russ will be in for a treat once he kicks off.

Edit: I know we're still waiting on court docs related to the current lolsuit against SidAlpha and a whole bunch o' other YouTubers, but I just had to clip this out of Sid's most recent video.

@Useful_Mistake: Just wondering... is "because duh" a sound legal argument to include in a court filing?

There is pretty much nothing legally sound in his arguments. At one point he tries to apply standards from Defamation law to fair use. But, no, "duh" is not a legal argument, and it only makes you look silly and unprofessional.
