Here's an email Acerthorn got in July with the clerk saying they still haven't ruled on it. Looking on the docket, nothing changed since then.

My guess is these hearings are automatically scheduled when the type of filing that would trigger one hits the docket but when an actual judge looks at it and sees it's just more Acertardation, it gets canceled.
