The only thing this proves is that Acer is incapable of reading his own citations, most written in pretty simple english. As is, nothing he said is correct, and a few citations actually work against his own case.

I'm not sure the judge will appreciate this casual accusation of criminal wrongdoing by the opposing attorneys. Especially when the process for video deletion is automatic and not under the control over the corporate attorneys. Is this guy capable of having even a single interaction where he comes off as pleasant or professional?

Hello there. I am actually behind the Acerthorn The True Acerthorn parody account. I've obviously been following this thread for sometime now.
Anyways, upon reading the full fucking document, he claims that intervenors somehow "sabotaged" evidence by maliciously taking it down.

He goes on and on how in the law, abusing fair use to harass or doxx someone makes fair use invalid. I can grant Harassment, but doxxing? Publicly-available information being mentioned is not doxxing.

Now for the harassment claim. I feel that this term has been abused since a few years ago and means absolutely nothing when mentioned here. Harassment is repeated, unwanted contact. It can be aggressive, flirty, or civil, but it's defined trait is that it's repeated beyond request for it to stop. One video is not harassment, nor is one comment. And especially if those videos or comments are not directly sent to the person. If he googles his name to find all the criticism videos, he can't then claim they're harassing him, he willingly searched for them!

But the main issue in his email: he has to prove maliciousness. It's not enough to claim the videos are harassment, he has to take the legal definition of harassment and then explain how the video willingly falls in that category. He won't be able to because they aren't. Criticism isn't harassment. Even if 5 000 people make one video repeating the same character flaws that Acer has, it's still not harassment, unless Acer can prove there'a conspiracy to band together and harass him.

Plus with in the case of Echo's video, it wasn't even the video it's self that he is claiming was "harassing/Doxing" him it was her comment section.

On top of that Echo had no idea about the situation with the copyright abuse unit after she upload her video.
