At first, I thought Acerthorn made a valid point here, because the judge does not discuss any of the 512(f) claims. But the Court dismissed Acerthorn's claims under the powers granted by the IFP statute, instead of Rule 12. As the Court states: "the Court retains the power to dismiss the case at any time if it determines that the action is frivolous, malicious, or fails to state a claim on which relief may be granted. See 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)." The Court gave plenty of reasons why the entire action was frivolous, malicious, and failed to state a claim in both cases. All of the claims are dead.

One of the guys Acerthorn sued, SidAlpha, just made a community post about the lawsuit. TL;DR, he'll countersue.

It is a good thing that SidAlpha actually has a lawyer who can tell him that this is an incredibly dumb idea. You don't need to punish Acerthorn, @SidAlpha. He's already facing his ultimate punishment: being Acerthorn. I honestly can not think of a worse fate.

As far as I can tell, from listening to the stream as it went down...

YouTuber Creetosis was doing a stream with a couple others (He has a weekly show called STAG where they rip on various videos in lengthy and autistic detail when they aren't on a random tangent) on a review/retrospective Acerthorn had done about a Fallout game. Acerthorn himself decided to come into the chat and start doing his thing.

People in Creetosis' discord found him amusing enough to start digging deeper and watched his actual Let's Play of it (He makes DSP and Game Grumps look good), realized this rabbit hole might go deeper, and struck gold. Acerthorn did his usual amazing job of defending himself making things massively worse for himself and word eventually spread around.

Stabbins' road to infamy was a pretty gradual process.
I guess I can give you a rough timeline.

First he made shitty lore videos on Skyrim, then YouTubers like Ragnarmageddon covered him, and he of course responded as you'd expect, bitching and moaning about civility, even claiming that Ragnar was crazy(projecting much, David?)

Later on, he heavily insulted Creetosis on one of his older Fallout 4 videos, which was about a year ago.

I think in-between this, smaller YouTuber and Twitch streamer SofiannP ended up coming to an agreement to do a stream together with Stabbins.
His viewers eventually discovered and tried alerting SofiannP of what Stabbins did to his parents. Which is how we ended up with the hilarious "NOT ON THE FUCKING STREAM" line.
This also lead to his friends and viewers to finding that "Accidental Livestream", which SofiannP and his friend TGP482 shared, which got them in a lolsuit with Acerthorn alongside the troll spectre known as InitiativeKookie (which is the guy Stabbins tried to dox over internet trolling).

Eventually Creetosis caught wind of his really shitty videos on Morrowind and Fallout NV, which he ended up covering after his viewers suggested them. Stabbins ended up joining the "part two" of the coverage, which he gradually displayed his poor character.
YouTuber PatricianTV later on covered David's Skyrim video. Stabbins was discovered bitching and moaning about Creetosis. Creetosis and co ended up joining PatricianTV's Discord server, his friends ended up joining a debate, which Acerlard ended up really showing how much of a dickhead he really was.
Creetosis proceeded to make a video criticizing Stabbins, and calling him a chalk licking retard at the very end. Acerthorn followed up with a rage video crying about Creetosis (which he has deleted since).
I believe that SofiannP, Ragnar, and Creetosis crossed paths in the comment section of this video, which is how they put together what Acer was and who he was IRL, connecting his channel alias to his real identity, and his embarrassing lolsuits.
After this, small ass channels like Enclave Emily and Artemis ended up making videos on Acer, which he of course false DMCA'd.
The situation started getting even more drastic after Stabbins killed Artemis' channel, and false DMCA'd Echo Wilder even after he approved of the video at first, simply out of spite because Echo apparently sided with "the toxic side", which was Artemis in this case.
There was also that debate with the pothead Skibbity. That's from the "New Vegas Sucks, And Here's Why" video.

Eventually this whole thing seeped into Twitter.
Rogue, Internet Man and Tipster started making fun of him after people told them of his history.
Acerlard successfully intimidated Tipster by threatening a lolsuit, but Rogue didn't really care, and kept making fun of him, as well as reposting that Accidental Livestream clip apparently. Acer ended up false flagging Rogue, which is what caused his Twitter account to get fucked for a time.
At this point, Acerthorn started getting cocky. He bragged about getting Rogue banned and stuff.
He also made that extremely autistic "How Not To Do Fair Use" video during all this.
SidAlpha was notified of what was going on. More smaller YouTubers ended up making videos like Poofers.

SidAlpha said he was gonna cover Stabbins, which caused a massive slap fight on Twitter with Stabbins versus everyone.
This is actually where I noticed that Kiwifarmers started taking notice of Dave.
This is also how David got the word "dogpiling". Because Sid didn't exactly approve of how back and forth was handled by some people.
David also of course used his short lived victory over Rogue as a threat to Sid.

I think in-between this Acer tried fucking with SofiannP's Twitch account.
Acer also tried to get his retarded audience to false flag a yet to be made video from SidAlpha.

SidAlpha of course eventually made his video.
After this, a troll account by the name of Bibi Faizi false DMCA'd one of David's videos.
All of this caused Stabbins to eventually create an insane mega lolsuit against all his biggest enemies on YouTube, which included SidAlpha.
Which caused other bigger YouTubers to take notice(Optimus, Penguinz0, etc).

Stabbins eventually made his Elden Ring rage video due to prior extreme butthurt from the Fromsoft game fanbase because many people heavily criticized his terrible Dark Souls video, which gave him even more attention from those particular YouTubers who are fans of the game, such as that one YouTuber Mischief who had beef with that nigger copyright abuser QuantumTV.

And here we are now.
