In his video his computer clock's time is 8/31/2023 6:16 PM
but
Folder "C - Motions" has a Date modified "9/2/2023 6:39 PM"
Folder "D - Misc Filings" has a Date modified "9/13/2023 6:56 PM"
Folder "Z1 - Whole Docket" has a Date modified "9/13/2023 6:41 PM"

This strongly suggests that he

1) Didn't comply with the courts order to delete the 26(f) recording on 8/31
2) Received the Order To Show Cause on 9/13
3) Manually set his computer clock back to 8/31 to record a fake video of him deleting the 26(f) call on 8/31 (ACTUALLY 9/13)
4) lied

And frankly, I think the answer is no. The court is usually loathe to accept or give two shits about outsider information like that. Now if that information came to the court's attention through another party to the court, that would possibly be a different story.
