My guess would be DragonKnight wants his channel back and the only way to do so is to dispute those DMCAs in court so Jew-Tube will reinstate him.

So in the end Stabby gets what he wants; another chance to win a big jackpot lolsuit, which wont happen of course, as well as blowing more taxpayer money on a fruitless copyright suit.

1) now claiming that people laughing at him online is terrorism.
2) suing for copyright infringement of his 10 Fiverr songs, naturally asking for maximum statutory damages each, totaling nearly 2 million dollars
3) demanding an additional 1 million dollars for the same reason as he's demanding from SidAlpha, but this is even more retarded. Because Templar said that Acertard was wrong to assume the video wasn't fair use simply because it contained his content in his counterclaim notice to YouTube, he's going after Dragonknight for libel.
4) also claiming that because Dragonknight made this claim, he's made himself a part of the "harassment campaign" against him and is trying to hold him liable for stuff that happened before, including the hospital stay he's trying to pin on Sid and all the "emotional stress and loss of reputation."
5) demanding up to 10 times the amount demanded from Sid to deter people from joining or continuing the "smear campaign."
6) also demanding that Dragonknight be made to convince every single person in the world that Acer is the blameless victim of copyright infringement or else face jail time, just as he demanded of Sid if anyone is failed to be convinced.

The longer this goes on, the more unhinged he's getting. Also worth noting, when disclosing his assets, he didn't list his truck.

My guess will be that the case gets tossed for fair use or more likely failure to plead. No reasonable judge would look at these demands as something possible to enforce and thus they would be without any legal merit.

Hopefully it gets tossed before Baz has to spend too much money on the lolsuit and he gets his channel back as Stabby admits in his opening statement that it was indeed himself that claimed the 4 DMCAs that caused the channel to be terminated by joo-tube.

Hell maybe Dragon can counter sue for false DMCA and smack ole Stabby down yet again.

I think the case is filed with the clerk of the court and now it has to pass review by a judge before it can become real. In the filings is the last case against Google where he got declared a vexatious litigant and has to file that case every time he wants to sue in that district. Hahah it's good to scroll to the end and see the "we DECLARE Stebbins a vexatious litigant" line in black and white.

At least he doesn't disappoint with asking for outrageous remedies. He wants all lawsuit costs paid, for this Brazilian guy to somehow convince everyone in the world that Stebbins isn't a liar about considering fair use, and whatever else the court will definitely 100% grant him this time because he's got a great track record of successful cases so far.

I believe copyright infringement has a 3 year statue of limitations which has passed on this claim. And WTF Acerthorn still has not registered this video with the Copyright Office but is seeking statutory damages. The Supreme Court ruled works must be registered before filing a lawsuit for copyright infringement.

He doesn't understand what "published" means.

Do I really need to explain that videos you publish on Youtube are PUBLISHED? You grant Youtube the right of publication. Read Youtube's ToS.
