Obligatory "I'm not a lawyer", but Stabby's conduct feels like an extortion attempt to me as it can be summarized as "Give me more money or I'll hurt you (by filing new motions to seek fines/damages/etc in addition to what I've already got from the settlement)". As it occurred in communication between two self-representing parties in the case I have no idea what the court's perspective on it would be, but the attempt was certainly made.

I wish SO very much to see video of this meeting, but sadly assume it will never be since Jarrod has already bent the knee to the Wereturkey once. Bonus: He told his bank that he had canceled in January '23, but his "proof" actually shows that he canceled in May '23, so Spokeo was in the right.
