I guess you could make the argument that he is a vexatious litigant in Northern California where YouTube technically operates so in order to process his DMCA claims, he should have to get through an oversite committee. The vtuber arc is so cringe that I feel embarrassed to even defend him against the Acerthorn shit, lol. To be more serious, I don't know enough about the Sid Alpha side of the lawsuit to really comment on it, and Zander is a fucking retard, but I think Creetosis genuinely got it the worst dealing with this shit. I watched his original videos where him and his cohosts (also cringey, not gonna lie) just covered Acerthorn's morrowind and new vegas reviews and they were legitimately really funny if way too fucking long. Acerthorn is blatantly just fucking with Creetosis because he's mad about them critiquing his video even though they were pretty cordial when he showed up during their stream.
Creetosis is a sperg but he's at least passionate about being a dork, which is respectable. The vtuber arc doesn't work for him because his content is serious and oriented towards rational and long-winded criticism. Nobody who listens to video essays criticizing shit for several hours wants to see some feminine cartoon goat doing it.
