With Google getting involved again, I wonder why they haven't just banned him from youtube. Why let him continue to interact with the company and rack up more excuses to file frivolous lawsuits? They can terminate services for anyone at any time and have axed far bigger channels for less. The gobbling would be hilarious and unlike most cows we wouldn't miss out on any content because his youtube videos are boring dogshit.

YouTube likely hasn't truly even noticed him to be honest, let alone the larger Google parent company, and if they have and still haven't acted then it has to do with some quirk of maintaining safe harbour status or retarded California law. If they did want rid of him they could determine he violated some random community guideline and ban him that way while citing ToS if they wanted to and actually noticed him. They could maybe even go a step further if they find the right violation and find a way to ban all his Google affiliated accounts. That'd likely kill his public facing email, lose him significant data, and potentially knock out his ability to exist online as he currently does. He could lose access to an incalculable number of services in one go. I think he just hasn't pissed off a person yet, just mildly tickled the corporate machine.

Stebbins is like a singular bacteria in the body of the corporate machine that is Google right now, mostly constrained to the organ that is YouTube. Their responses to him thus far are akin to your passive immune system casually stumbling on the bacteria and dealing with it without inciting an active response. Banning him would require the beast to notice him and would be akin to taking an antibiotic to combat a fever.

The clerk is saying that Stabby can file lawsuits against John Does in order to preserve his claims, without having to rely on the clerk issuing the subpoena and google responding before the statute of limitations ends.

He clearly chose not to do that for some reason. Who knows if that reason is to somehow sue Google for not responding to his subpoena in time or some other bullshit to get around his vexlit status.

Not really. The Quartering recommended Sid hire a specific lawyer for a case that was in California. Said lawyer proceeded to vacuum up the donated money and then at the end go, "Oh yeah, I can't actually practice in California. There's a guy I recommend that costs 10k."

It kind of makes me wish that a larger youtuber with a lot of money saved up would cover Acerthorn. He has enough funny content right now I think to make at least 2 or 3 solid videos. The same youtuber could also be very clear in his videos that he has legal representation and will counter any DMCAs Stabbins makes. The response to this could then be used for even more videos about him.

Acerthorn gets his rocks off on filling court dockets with spastic diarrhea, forcing him to file more shit isn't really going to do anything to deter him. It's not like he has anything better to do. Honestly Null is probably (unintentionally) one of the people who's pissed him off the most in court, since Stabby's case against Null has been stayed for months and is showing no signs of progress. This lead Stabby to file for a writ of mandamus which has been slapped down by the appeals court with what amounts to a "lol no shut up and fuck off".

Yeah, with the obvious caveat that Karl already has an established fanbase from his speedrunning videos and Billy Mitchell is a known controversial micro-celebrity drawing in yet more people from the videogaming lore sphere. For various reasons discussed above Acer is a fairly unknown figure and the only lolcowtuber I can imagine being rich and retarded enough to cover him for their audience is Turkey Tom, except Tom is too much of a pussy to deal with the legal threats.
