Against better judgement and common sense I will treat this question as genuine and not a mild trolling which it probably is.

The context of who those might be is in these threads/posts:

One of them is a ReviewTechUSA orbiter/detractor, and another is a youtube video commentator/essayist (community feature post). Second one covered a video of first one, first one DMCA'd the coverage, Youtube sided with Quantum. Fair Use when all parties are in US? Nah, who cares.

It wasn't trolling, so thank you. I only very tangentally follow Acerthorn and don't know many of the parties involved. I particularly didn't recognize those names or what they had to do with anything. I probably should have looked it up myself but either was too busy that day or just didn't care enough.

Ok looking over the spew David tossed onto the judges bench I see that Stabby still hasn't learned anything at all in the last 5 years.

1. He's still convince that any criticism against him is harassment and thus IIED and thus 100% not fair use thanks to the old favourite standby of "unclean hands" and so using his clips in any way he doesn't approve of is 100% infringement no if and's or buts. Fair Use law be damned!

2. He's still telling the judge what to think and how to rule while not giving any real supporting evidence, probably because he doesn't have any, to back it up. The judge must rule this way because Stabby says so and here are some cherry picked, taken out of context rulings that don't actually support his conclusions. But they should will work because David is the smartest person on the planet and in no way would any judge ever bother to look up these rulings to see what they're actually about and so any denial is 100% bias on the courts part.

3. Everything is still unclean hands. Everyone is out to get David. They hate him. From the local DMV staff, to the police, the medicare system, the court clerks he deals with, to the magistrates, the judges and even the appellate judges. EVERYONE is out to get David. The whole world system has been rigged to make sure he can't win by some ultra powerful governmental force that is terrified of Davids mental prowess. I'm not kidding, he thinks the US government is out to stop him from winning because they're afraid David might just take over...somehow, if he can ever find his way out of the hovel he lives in.

In short our Mr David A Stebbins is 100% pure lolcow.

He cannot or will not learn from his mistakes, he will constant repeat those said same mistakes over and over and over and he WILL blame the entire world each and every time he loses because of those mistakes. It's not David's fault, it's never David's fault. He's just too smart and so legally savvy that the whole US justice system is out to get him.

That's our hot dog gobbling, turkey calling, father stabbing lolcow in a nutshell. He's stuck in a world of his own making, one he could escape if he could but make a minimal effort. But no he'd rather sit and stew in his roach shack hating a world that just won't accept his greatness rather then admit he might be at fault. Constanly striving with his get rich quick schemes and constantly getting no where with them.

She noticed pretty immediately that Stebbins' information requests are insane and he is not entitled to every possible document related to Jones' net worth. Jones also isn't obligated to produce documents that are irrelevant to his net worth, or documents that he doesn't have access to (e.g., the biographical profile of "other Jarrod Jones"). In a footnote, Court remarks that contrary to Stebbins' "I can ask for anything" belief, he is in fact required to explain to Jones why his requests are relevant if Jones does not hand over everything he wants.

On the contempt motion, the Court rejects this (without prejudice, so could be brought back up in the future) because Stebbins didn't first confer with Jones as per a local rule (and per the court's previous order demanding that they meet and confer prior to motions being filed). Basically, Stebbins needed to first reach out for Jones and make sure that he actually willfully refused to send the payment before running to the Court and whining about it.
