Tired of what exactly? Did he even have to respond? Just checked, no he hasn't. So why the fuck is he doing this?
In the two cases filed against him, Sid Alpha had not needed to respond to either (feel free to correct me if I am wrong). If he really blew 50k, then he probably pulled a Keffals.

Not really. The Quartering recommended Sid hire a specific lawyer for a case that was in California. Said lawyer proceeded to vacuum up the donated money and then at the end go, "Oh yeah, I can't actually practice in California. There's a guy I recommend that costs 10k."

On the other hand, if Zell agreed to a monthly settlement payment and missed a payment, I don't have a great defense for him. Were I in his shoes I would pay up quickly and make a show of earnest contrition to the judge (which might be taken more favorably juxtaposed against Stebbins' fuming), but then again were I in his shoes, I never would have agreed to this asinine settlement in the first place.

He lists all of the (completely bonkers, imo) requests he made of Zell, including "a complete profile on the other Jarrod Jones in Everett, WA." Apparently Jones provided his employment history but resisted other requests, and Stebbins' argument is that Jones doesn't get to question what he styles as "civil discovery" requests. He wants compulsion of cooperation and a "a $1000 fine, paid to me, would probably suffice."
- In Dkt. 95, Stebbins says that Zell missed the October 5th payment per the settlement. He wants Zell held in contempt of court and another $1000 fine paid to him.

Most everything Stebbins asks for is burdensome and though several items are relevant they are also likely out of bounds for the normal course of these kinds of cases.
Zell provided information from the IRS and can likely provide a snapshot of his bank accounts, if any. He can make a sworn statement that this is a true and correct accounting of his net worth and Stebbins can go pound sand.
Compiling a dossier on someone else? No. Providing Discord logs and emails between himself and the IRS? Nah. Stebbins will definitely file endless motions about this stuff but he confuses “good faith effort” with “give me everything all the time”.
Doesn’t PayPal have an automatic payment option? Set that up so your payments are always on time ya goof. You’re already mired in the tarbaby’s trap, the least you can do is set up some automation so you can slowly pull away from this mess.

What Acerthorn is demanding from Jones
1) his past five 1040s (tax returns)
2) all correspondence Jones made with bank and IRS to obtain the "non-records" he sent Acerthorn
3) A complete profile on the other Jarrod Jones in Everett, WA, who makes between $150-175k
4) his complete employment history
5) a response from WIS International (current employer) regarding his employment status
#3 is insane. Not only does Jones have to provide a dossier on himself but also a dossier on someone who happens to share his name.
In Exhibit B Acerthorn demands Jones export ALL of his Discord DMs using a 3rd-party chat export tool. It's very obvious this has no legitimate purpose for determining Jones' net worth and is only to get info on Creetosis.

This tutorial is so convoluted that I don't think Acerthorn could export his own DMs without having a panic attack and sperging out on a tech support subreddit.
I saw this post on Avvo, an anonymous legal help website. Acerthorn is asking if he can sanction Jones if Jones makes a "single frivolous argument" in his answer brief.

Stebbins is winning, he's figured out that if you sue big corporations for billions then they'll fight it in court and win. But if you conduct lawfare against random people, it'll either result in free money or result in causing so many problems for them that they lose either way.

This is a win state right up until you cross someone who values human life as little as he does and the concept of inflicting pain sexually excites them. He will get clumsier is his shotgun blasts of frivolous litigation and one of those are going to hit someone he really didn't want to hit.
And this is the only way to punish him in modern day American legal system because he has everything to gain and absolutely nothing to lose. Someone has to go and physically terminate him, otherwise he will churn out vexatious lawsuits at random targets with the efficiency of the post WW2 war economies.
