The hearing is stayed until his appeal to the ninth circuit is tossed out as a frivolous piece of fucking garbage resolved.

So probably for the sake of content, I don't necessarily begrudge or say it's wrong for another youtuber to take notice of a name like "AcerThorn" and therefore debate him because they found problems in their logic and wants to take a stab at it. I would say that it's ultimately like retarded mud wrestling and even if ZellZander delivers a through and through slam dunk which obliterates every single point Acer made, Acer is completely unwilling to ever concede on a point even when he's absolutely in the wrong about the point, so while Zell might want an actually intelligent "Back and Forth" you're not going to get that with someone like Acer.
There is also the chance Acer will hate your video doing better or receiving better praise so they'll CRS the video to be a douche, which also is something Zell might not believe Acer will do, which necessarily isn't outright retardation, but I'll willingly say it's naivety .

Haha this is amazing. The first debate has overly loud background music from Stebbins that drown them both out till about the 11 minute mark. As you said, the debate partner is very hard to hear because he’s driving and his audio is super low.

Stebbins has no mic control so he wobbles between clarity and booming over and over. It’s a total circus.
