I'm actually interested in how the court will rule on this Brazil case as the defendant has stated he won't partake.

I'm pretty sure that Stabby will get his long desired default judgment finally but how much will the court award him for his shitty little videos that have less then zero market value? Plus it will be fun to watch Stabby trying to collect his judgment from a dude in Brazil, a country that is notorious for it's corruption, laziness and general apathy in it's legal system.

The central authority of Brazil wrote back and told Stebbins it could take 6-8 months to serve the process papers. Sounds like he jumped the gun trying to force a foreign nation to abide by the timeline he wants. Invoking The Hague treaty is a great idea too.

It’s a shocker seeing them casually state it takes the better part of a year to shuffle some paperwork around but I suspect if you learn the language and the culture (or get a smart interpreter) and have the means you could significantly speed that up.
