Seems like the kind of thing that should be told to a judge, if true.

Cabbage boy needs to put up or shut up.
While I cannot yet confirm that ZellZander didn't sign the thing, it's absolutely the exact same signature from the last filing by ZellZander with a bit more JPEG artifacting thrown in. With the signatures overlaid:That signature from ZellZander is a forgery.
Edit: It's lifted from the previous document that Zellzander filed, dkt 132
Zellzander's signature from Docket 134,

Signature on the Dismissal.

It has unrealistic placement from the signature line, and there's graphical effects around the lines of the signature. Here's it zoomed in on the Motion to Dismiss, if you're unable to see, it's blocky pixelations of the document that do not match the background white. It is slightly off.

And this is a zoomed in signature on Docket 134,

You can see how Acerthorn cut around the lines to lift it from the original document to his. Yes, I know I've de-evolved this into a "BUT LOOK AT THE PIXELS!!!" argument, and Zell is generally shocked. He woke up to the motion to dismiss filed to the court instead of inside of his inbox from David waiting to be signed.
i lett you in on a secret. Apparently Jarrod has never seen this document .. david lied that him and jarrod are dismissing the case.Well, you are right.

Stebbins v Cmdr ImperialSalt have come to an agreement that terminates the case. Stebbins alleges that this moots the sanction.
View attachment 7724367
So, does this moot the sanctions.
In the case cited it was a show cause as to why the parties should not both be held in contempt.
This time it's Rule 11. And these statements appear back in ECF 112.

I am of the opinion that this does not "un-ring" the false motion that was submitted. He submitted a false statement, it doesn't go away because the case is over if by court order or mutual agreement of the parties. And this sanction was NOT requested by the defendant but by the court.
Now, I'm sure some legal Kiwi will be along shortly to tell me why I'm wrong. Obviously the court may just say "Fuck this, it's over." and not bother with it. But I'm hopeful they'll simply go "No valid cause was shown, the court hereby implements a $1500 sanction."
Obscenely entertaining? Not gonna lie. The Wereturkey forging a signature on a legal document AND getting caught would be obscenely entertaining.
looked at the origina on courtlisner .. seems fine there to meI'm not a forensic photoshop analyst or anything, but does the image of the $900 payment appear to be doctored? I'm assuming these are screenshots, so are there other possible reasons explaining the missing portions of the indicated text?

Man finding this case on courtlistener was a PAIN, i had zero results for this one on google from courtlistener, and had to find the link from doc savage's video about ECF 139, having the link of every stabbins lawsuit in the description: https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/68923062/stebbins-v-cmdr-imperialsaltStebbins v Cmdr ImperialSalt have come to an agreement that terminates the case. Stebbins alleges that this moots the sanction.
Speaking of this video; someone in the replies, that's probably in the discord, said Sid, Jarrod, cree and others know with imperialSalt that he didn't sign that and that it indeed is stebbins forging a signature and they can't believe he'd go that farEven by Stebbins' standards, it would be pretty insane to forge a signature in a legal filing.
Devil's advocate: Since they live on opposite sides of the country, is it possible that Jones just keeps a .jpg (or similar) of his signature to use for digital signings? I admit, I speak from personal experience on this one - my employer has a thing for doing our credentialing digitally.
In any event, if this is a forgery, Jones can easily make that known to the Court. I do think it's a bit unusual that he went from "I'd like to suspend payments because of some unexpected hardships" to "yeah I'll just pay the whole thing off right now." I also question why he wouldn't just let Stebbins continue flailing against this Show Cause order that he clearly has no real response to.
And furthermore, I agree with others that the spirit of "you lied to this Court, why shouldn't we sanction you?" probably doesn't (or at least, shouldn't) just disappear with Stebbins cobbling together this case-ending settlement and trying to Zoidberg-scuttle away from sanctions. Stebbins' pre-emptive "uhhh just so you know this ends the case and the show cause order byeeeee!" is nevertheless quite funny and suggests to me that he is worried.
