That is why he should be spending more time with super models. Better with them than her. Get the urges under control and all.Don't forget cucking Dick with Batgirl, because fuck you.
A few years back, sure. I can really see it.It would be a black Batman with afro that is insufferable and constantly humiliates his white, blonde sidekick Robin.
Tbf, at least those women were deserving. Nowadays, not so much. Now seriously: I finished watching the Batman 66 show. While the 3rd season suffered from an early case of girlpower at times, the show presented a kind of camp that you don't see much nowadays, especially associated with Batman, who's now stuck to be serious 24/7.
Set Batman Beyond in a new location. Make it a cross between a Cyberpunk setting and The Warriors where you have a bunch of different named street gangs with different themes around, Bruce is retired and Nightwing is Gotham's protector, because Bruce got to old to do the job physically but he is still there mentally so he helps do investigations.Batman Beyond is in a weird place since all character progression of Bruce has to be slashed to get there. It is an issue in the DCAU and becomes an even bigger one once removed outside that continuity.
I liked the Batman Beyond Unlimited and 2.0 runs quite a bit. There's a couple of later ones that aren't terrible too, but I'd read those first and see if you like them.Which comics would you recommend? I gave a quick look and there's a dozen of BB comics.
I stand corrected. She became Batgirl then later seems to have become a Robin. A terrible one, from that artwork!
So does this mean Batman pays his teammates? Would going to Themyscira to help Wonder Woman count as a work expense?https://youtube.com/watch?v=0e1wo8f8mT4but then we wouldn't have gotten this
That was before Steph became batgirl. It is easily one of my least favorite storylines, and it's set during prime bat-dick era (not to be confuesed with dickbats or bat's dick). Bruce made her robin to piss off Tim after Tim left because his father told him to stop. She was only robin for like 3 issues, and then she "died" bc of some retarded plot were she stole Bruce's plan to end all crime in Gotham. Pretty good video on it hereI stand corrected. She became Batgirl then later seems to have become a Robin. A terrible one, from that artwork!
Wow, I didn't know that in the 00s we could get such bad comics that would fit in the '10s. Good thing modern DC doesn't know about this one, a story intentionally setting up Bats to be a tool for an edgy story trying to out-edge the 90s. Even worse, CY comics are worse, as they're written by incompetent and petty activists.Pretty good video on it here
I mean, Dr. Light being a sadistic rapist was already retcon fuckery. Did they retcon it back to normal when they gave him a heroic death?A funny reminder of DC reboot fuckery. Just like DC making Alan Scott gay form now on, the New 52 and then Rebirth reboots have caused it so that Dr. Kimiyo Light was married to the rapist Dr. Arthur Light the whole time. And Arthur’s now the father of Kimiyo’s two teen daughters and young son. Also DC gave Doctor Light a heroic death protecting his family. A serial rapist that loves his wife and kids enough to give his life to protect them without a second thought.
I remember watching that with a friend and he said, “I could see Lex doing that because he’s scared Superman is going to eat him.”
No he didn't. It was just a lame excuse for McDuffie to have his love triangle fantasy without looking bad. A negro male's Twilight.HEY! Lay off my man John Steward! Also, being Dwayne's self-insert, you still end up a better character than Gunn could ever write. I remember how he refused to break up with Vixen even when he saw a future in which he had a child with Hawkgirl. He stood on principle.
We can agree to disagree. Personally, I liked the story. I like it when superheroes feel human. They have interests, flaws, lives etc etc. John being split between two women was rather interesting. That might also be because I was never really a fan of Hawkman. Never hated him either. Just neutral. I consider this AN origin story rather than the definitive one. That being said, the whole "reincarnated lovers" theme is something women find appealing rather than men.No he didn't. It was just a lame excuse for McDuffie to have his love triangle fantasy without looking bad. A negro male's Twilight.
His teenage wet dreams like John's past self cucking Hawkman in Ancient Egypt were really pathetic. Making Hall a beta cuck stalker in the present day was enough yet he had to go for another mile and make sure he fucked over their origin story to get his OTP.
I remember Legends of Tomorrow had something similar too but Hawkman was the bull at that time. It was just as bad.
They had a civilization in the show and they fought wars.Destined lovers trope is a bit cliche I admit but Hawkman and all the Hawkpeople must have something else to write about somewhere. Or maybe they are just savage sex pests with wings.
guy hit it on the first date and all John could do was seetheMaking Hall a beta cuck stalker in the present day
Every self-insert fantasy is weird and McDuffie was literally just nigger Bruce Timm, another sexual deviant.guy hit it on the first date and all John could do was seethe
the other evil Hawkman just beat the shit out of John. If it's a self insert fantasy it is a very weird one.
tbh the idea that Alex Ross was young seems oddhe didn't know any better because he was young
