If you're talking about Jane that isn't canon, it's just a twitter tranny who tries to make it so. The only LGBT person they have is David but after they they said they weren't going to tell people's sexualities because they're supposed to be blank slates for people to see themselves in. (so of course So of course since two women are friends lots of people are running around saying they are lesbians. Really wish they hadn't had David come out because now the LGBT people think their headcanon is canon.

They'll take that out of allen's chase theme but won't touch Trickster's fucking godawful screeching you have to listen to constantly when he's nearby; chase or not,
I get it's le lore accurate but holy hell is it annoying.

They should do more of what they did with Legion. Make a bunch of addons across all rarities for killers add or remove parts of their chase themes as a secondary effect.

You guys think Otzdarva would make for a good lolcow in general?

I mean, I get some of his frustrations - he plays DBD for living and constantly has to deal with the utter aidsfest that the DBD community is. But still, he seems autistically obsessed with balancing the game, and gets actively upset when the devs don't listen to him because he believes he somehow represents the whole community just because he's the most viewed content creator. On the other hand, when the devs do listen to him and implement a shitty change he has been calling for, he gets upset when the community yells at him because of it.

I'm watching his stream right now and I've never seen somebody be so argumentative with their chat. When I first watched his YT videos, I thought he seemed like a pretty chill guy, but during his streams, he's constantly arguing with completely random people about nothing, and in a unbearably condescending manner too. If he told someone off at a point or two, it would be understandable, but it really kills the mood when he fights with chat retards every 3 minutes. I can't understand why he feels a need to respond to every single one.

Holy shit, just as I'm typing this he went on a minute long tangent because some retard wrote "otz do you wipe or just let it crust?" in chat. Instead of just telling mods to delete comments like that, he has to spend a minute explaining why it's inappropriate EVERY SINGLE TIME he sees stuff like that. Makes me think he would make for a funny clip farm if trolls just asked him really dumb questions over and over.

I really don't care about the inclusion of Tubarão because there's nothing in dbd that even implies they're trans, that's something you have to know Rainbow Six lore to find out. I think you'll have a hard time getting anyone outside of the dbd sphere to be interested in him. An important trait for cows is for them to be appealing outside of their niche audience, BMJ is funny even if you're not into gambling or watching people gamble.

You could show off what events you've been around for or achievements like the perk icon tags (not that they're hard to get, they don't want high prestige rewards to avoid FOMO/grinding) but instead you pick the tranny flag which now Null has cursed me with seeing as a necrotizing pus filled gash.

I think Otz is genuinely a pretty decent person, I like his positivity. He's extremely high in trait conscientiousness and I think it's interesting to observe anyone who is an outlier .

I agree that he appears to be a decent person all things considered, but I wouldn't say he's positive. He's constantly complaining about the game and his chatters (Which isn't really unwarranted), and he also often comes off as condescending and as somebody who really has trouble differentiating between what is even worth a response and what is just a typical chat shitpost. He appears to take both streaming and the game too seriously.

It's probably cause most people never actually see his streams live, just his videos. Like when Amberlynn was more fun to watch live cause she couldn't edit out how much of a bitch she was.

It's rather funny that the dev team listens to people like Otz at all, though it really isn't a surprise as his viewership makes a lot of normies shit up bhvr's feed when he says he wants something changed.
Think about it; they simaltaneously try their best to appeal to the casual market (licenses and a lot of the recent changes they've made) but also the weirdo esports market (the amount of support and changes they've tried to do to cater towards tournaments, most of which never took off).

Leads to a lot of weird things that are at odds with each other, like MMR for instance, or killers not really feeling strong at most points in the game.

BHVR will never implement a record/replay feature which the dollgame has.

Just think about it, a streamers match being recorded and you can see the POVs from all players in the match.

It would just take like 20 matches where one or two survivors are doing jack shit for Otz' viewers to figure out that their high MMR streamer is mostly playing against crap survivors.

also how the fuck does Chucky work, I thought Bhvr were too much of a pussy to add a short killer?

The Pig nerf is absolute dogshit, so I don't have high hopes

Slightly worse. BHVR still refuses to balance the game against high-level SWF and the Xenomorph map is probably the only new map that isn't survivor sided.

They reverted the change to her trap timers but she's still overshadowed by Chucky or any chase killer using Trail of Torment or Hysteria perk.

Also, here's some unstructured musings on dbd lore;

There's an observer's note that talks about how the entity wipes the memories of a trial from a survivor's head if they get killed or sacrificed so that they don't lose the fear of death. But I wonder how consistent it bothers to be to that end.

Say for example Dwight, Meg, Claudette and Jake enter a trial, they all believe it's their first trial. Only Dwight survives that specific trial and gets to keep the memory of having survived.

Next by the campfire spawn Jane, Adam and another Meg. Dwight would then know and be able to tell Meg about her previous death and both of them would lose a bit of their fear of death.

In order for this not to occur the entity would need to place Dwight in a special survivor queue where he is only in the trial with other survivors he hasn't witnessed die before.

And that's not even accounting for the possibility that a trial has 2 or more of the same survivor, that would REALLY tip them off.
