You can do whatever you want but I don't see the point. If WW3 breaks out there's probably not going to be an Earth left, let alone muh country. They say that mutually assured destruction is no longer the policy but I see no reason to believe that.
As far as who to be loyal to, my personal hierarchy is:
1) Faith
2) Family
3) Race
4) Country
Assuming you're atheist, your loyalty should be to preserving your family and I don't think being cannon fodder out of some corrupted sense of patriotism is the best way to do that. Better to go innawoods, survive the conflict and emerge fully supportive of whoever wins.

Honestly, I don't give a fuck about these four things, they all end up disappointing me in the end. I'm a hardcore atheist/borderline anarchist with no wife or kids, and the people who run my country are either retarded or malevolent or both. And race? White people are the most self-destructive race on the whole damn planet (we're talking western Europoors and their inbred descendants across the pond/etc.) and there is no helping them.

Whoever wins is going to be a hundred times worse than what we have now. And this guy seriously is considering throwing his life away for a regime that already hates him and people like him?

Because one doesn't always have good family, faith/religion is full of hucksters and grifters, country the same except they have power to tax you to death, ruin your life and kill you and of course race can be a huge pitfall, since the people destroying the world atm are whites that decided the skeevy jew way is their way as well, @Duke Nukem is 100% correct.
