It would be for Vickers failing to meet the lowest possible bar of California's ultra retarded legal system. A plaintiff needs to present a case for the court to consider. How could it rule anything other than dismissal when they weren't told Ralph violated anything? So far Vickers only counter to Gunt's assertion that she presented no case and so it was dismissed without prejudice is to say that it was dismissed on a technicality. The lack of specificity leads me to believe the technicality was at the very least embarrassing, even if not outright humiliating as Ralph said.

This is not the first time a Vickers pro se filing has handed Ralph a W. The court has slapped him in the face and called him an idiot before, but Vickers is as pompous as his wife is fat. It's extra hilarious because he bragged on the farms, before he ran away, about how well off he is from the pawn shop. Vickers should easily be able to afford an attorney according to his own claims. This crusade for clout is so personal and Ralph such a laughable opponent, that he was compelled to dab on Ralph himself rather than do what every other person who can afford to hire an attorney does when the legal system comes calling for more than a minor traffic ticket.

I'm not sure there is any evidence on this Earth that could convince me Vickers does not insert himself into this case in every way he can. He has been publicly attacking Ralph through his daughter for years, often embarrassing her in the process, and there is no reason to believe he has stopped. Faith's gunting got her father to finally acknowledge her existence and he even saved her. It's all she could have wanted. Now she can be a useful tool in Vickers crusade for clout. i've agreed with many of your posts today, but i disagree with this.

mr. vickers isn't attacking the ragepig through his daughter; he's attacking the ragepig directly. he's not logging into faith's twitter account to skinwalk (like the drunken swine tends to do); he's using his own account. he's not forcing a microphone to faith's mouth every week on youtube; he's hosting his show himself.

faith, on the other hand, seems to have kept her head down for the past couple of years. she's rarely responded to any of the ragepig's insults publicly. instead, she's utilized the legal system to secure a conviction and two court orders to protect herself and her son. of course her parents support her in her efforts, but it's been faith's decision how to respond each step of the way. how does that make her a "useful tool"?

she's an adult. she has autonomy. she's a mother, she's engaged to be married. what she does or does not do is at her discretion, not her father's. it was faith who pursued the dissemination charges with the district attorney. it was faith who pursued the dvro. it was faith who negotiated the parental support and visitation order. it was faith who documented the ragepig's violations for the court. it was faith who defended her son's right to privacy during visitation. it was faith who defended her fiancé and her parents against defamatory accusations. in every instance, it's her signature on those documents, not her father's.

yes, she made a stupid mistake today. i suspect it's because she's less invested in this case than she is in the parental order case. two months ago, when the ragepig tried to use the family court to exploit her son, she vigorously resisted. last week, when the ragepig tried to use the family court to alienate her son from those who love and care for him, she thoroughly dismantled his argument. this case just isn't as important. whether the dvro was violated or not, it remains in effect, and there will likely be more violations to come.
