There are all kinds of contracts where you can agree not to exercise what would otherwise be your rights to do, such as say certain things, disclose certain information, etc. You can agree to stay away from somewhere that, without the agreement, you'd have the right to go, you can relinquish ownership of property, and you can agree not to exercise your First Amendment rights.

I really hope Ralph doesn't present that as an argument to the judge because it's virtually a guaranteed win and would own Vickers, Faith, and null all in one shot. Utter humiliation for the farms.
