Alexander deserves the healthiest household possible. The abuse of the Talking Parents app has been in complete control of father, who simply refuses to adhere to maintaining peaceful contact. What’s more, many of the communications in question, blatantly violate the standard DVRO, under which Alexander is also a protected party. Naturally, continued communication in this manner is not in the benefit of Alexander.

He has continued to utilize the Talking Parents App outside of the allowable restrictions in an attempt to threaten me, harass me, intimidate me, and even at times make attempts at unacceptable familiarity. I have, through the same app, warned him on numerous occaisions when I believe he crossed the line, and was continually met with refusal to stop. I have attached messages on Attachment 10 to demonstrate Mr. Ralph’s ardent refusal to abide by the order as

TL;DR: Ralph is completely buck broken by his financial woes and marital issues and would like a fee-free exit from parenting Xander. He consistently tries to manipulate Faith into convincing Matt to drop his cases and keeps oscillating between being "the reasonable adult in the room" and classic ragepig.
He realises how badly he fucked up by throwing the word 'extortion' around a little too late.
Also I got whiplash from him once again invoking his uncle's massive, undefeatable wealth and then pissing and shitting and crying about how exhausting and expensive his revolving door legal matters are.

“Muh rich uncle” was pretty funny, but not as good as Ralph claiming Ronnie’s boarded up, condemned swamp shack is “in a trust for my daughter.”
The attorney fees to draw up a trust would be more than the value of Ronnie’s condemned shack that vagrants smoke meth in.
OTOH a dilapidated shack with tax liens in one of the poorest shithole in the USA is a fitting legacy for Rozy to get from Gunt. At least she might be able to appreciate the fate she escaped when mommy went back to grandpa Harry.
