Ralph chose to stop the visitations. His choice. Iirc it was because it was getting too expensive to travel back and forth from Mexico, which again was his choice. No one forced him to go live thousands of miles away in a different country. None of that holds water as a reason for him to stop child support payments.
It’s not up to him to “let” another man raise the kid. Who raises the kid is irrelevant and none of this absolves Flappy from being required to shoulder his share of financial support of the kid.

I think you're a little bit off with the timeline, Pantsu left the stable in late April which is when the goodbye horses stream happened and I think his last visit was back in early July when Ralph had a vacation in Vegas. I remember Vickers bitching about Ralph's being late for his visitation. So it's officially has been more than 6 months since his last visitation, yikes.
