Ever delusional, Ralph is advancing his legal strategy by filing again, and this time he is going to use *checks notes* hearsay about an unrelated third party. He also declares he is The Best PR in public records. With PR in this context probably standing for Public Retardation.
Now I'm no legal expert, but if Ralph is constantly filing these utterly nonsensical papers, bringing up irrelevant bullshit and then announcing that the intention is for it to be used as PR rather than on its own merits - this is actually creeping towards vexatious litigant territory.

As I was reading Ralph's court documents, I thought "I didn't realise Ralph had a restraining order against Vickers. I thought it was just Vickers who had the restraining order against Ralph", now after reading comments in this thread, I see that I remembered that correctly, but that Ralph is such a fucking idiot, he thought the restraining order was mutual.

Like he rushed in a xanax haze to slap this together in a hurry, but none of this filing does anything to build a defense for the charges he's facing this week. It could be the greatest legal document ever constructed (it's not) and it still wouldn't matter with regard to the charges he himself is facing.
It's like bleeding from an open wound and, instead of trying to get to a hospital, expending all your energy chasing the guy that stabbed you around trying to stab him too. And falling on your face because your brain is mush due to alcohol and xanax abuse and poor genetics.

It's not a lawsuit. Ethan Ralph appears to have filed a motion asking the judge to hold Matthew Vickers in contempt of court for violating a court order that applies only to Ethan Ralph. He has also confused "unconstitutional" with "I don't think it's fair".
