Faith is what, 21-22 now? And engaged? I hope she takes a look at Ralph, makes the estimation that he's not going to be a problem for much longer, and steps out of this mess. I get the lawfare shit if it's the only way but Ralph is close to a dead man walking. Just be a little patient, try to pay no mind to whatever bullshit he's spewing on social media, and live your life.

He was listing them off in the event of a (doomed) appeal, so that the appeals court wouldn't have much work to do and could essentially just cite his decision or even directly copypaste it after verifying he cited the cases correctly, without having to do much if any original research.

It's good practice if you're not going to write an opinion but are simply dismissing it right from the bench. Ordinarily it is not good practice to do this but when one side abysmally fails to present even a scintilla of actual evidence, it's justified. The judge was probably pissed at such stupid practice even from a pro se.

(Incidentally it's a higher quality of judging than you often see in family court, so these two idiots blew a good opportunity.)

Fuck, even the Gunt knows you actually have to present a case.

All she has to do is wait for him to be too broke to afford child support or a lawyer, then turn off visitation, and/or wait for him to croak, whichever comes first. It won't be a long wait.

however, earlier today, he was claiming that he would not be appearing in person:

i'm not certain, but i suspect that he simply lied to the court about his ability to travel to california, and then mr. vickers' attorney presented evidence to the court that the ragepig spent the past weekend in texas.

I haven't been following this closely, so let me get this straight.

Ralph has a court appearance involving Matthew Vickers. Unlike with the Faith case, Mr. Vickers saw fit to retain an attorney for himself. Is he really paying an attorney to oppose Ralph appearing remotely after the judge already granted the request? What the actual fuck? What an absurd waste of money. Meanwhile that diary thing that books were written about got literally laughed out of court because there was no lawyer to present a case. :story:

Not just that, the dumb twat didn't even present an argument. She could have literally just read the filing out in court and it would have qualified as evidence. Even the friendliest judge can't rule in your favor if there's literally NO EVIDENCE AT ALL in the record, because of your own whorish stupidity.

That's why I believe it's possible that Faith was deliberately trying to sandbag the proceedings by clamming up and refusing to say anything. She is stupid, but I'm not really sure I buy that she is that stupid.

I mean, any number of the pro se clowns discussed on this forum, including ones even dumber than Ralph, could do better than her pathetic showing. I guess the usual problem is getting to a point equivalent to where Faith did, but once it got there they would do better than "Your Honor, I believe the shit sandwich I filed speaks for itself", which is basically my understanding of what was said.

I think you doubt how stupid she actually is. We're talking about a woman who let gunt lock her in a bedroom 24/7 with no devices except for a notebook and she was perfectly fine with having to wait 18 hours so she could perhaps possibly maybe hopefully ask ralph for permission to watch a children's youtube video.
