This is a story from February. (Archive) Lilith is being fucking retarded here because nothing shows anything being related to "DEI" or "wokeness" or whatever. Having a mandated black engineer or a trans lesbian technician or whatever bullshit would likely not have done a thing for this.
Then again, the tweet's made is also in February. If the "bot likes" account is picking it up NOW, that makes me question how it's working. Also, to question, how many likes were botted, and were they because of her, or because of some other prog trying to lift up 'marginalised voices' or some shit. Because of how shit X is, I would not be surprised if any 'internet personality' has botted likes and shit. Only question is more of quantity and how you can prove it. Plus, given all the shit going around these days, these kinda 'gimmick accounts' increasingly strike me as bullcrap 'I have depicted you as the soyjak'-tellers.

TL;DR: Basically, Lilith is retarded, the tweet likely does have botted likes because a good chunk of X nowadays seems to be bots; but because this is a gimmick account pulling shit from months ago with no showing how many likes are botted or any of that shit, I honestly don't give much of a shit about it.

On the one hand, I can very well understand why a lot of people would want a monarchic system, with valid reasoning. Especially in current times, where "democratically elected representatives" don't seem to really represent anyone but themselves and their billion dollar lobbyists, while ignoring general issues of economics, politics, culture, etc. I don't care what you say, Trump saying mean shit about progs on Twitter or Truth Social is NOT addressing the cultural issues in the US.

On the other hand, Spoon and most of not all of the internet monarchists are fucking fags and would be the neo-serf class in such a monarchist state. They all seem to think that somehow, if the current state was overthrown, and a king was put in place, he would be the ideal mixture of Marcus Aurelius, Charles the Great, Cyrus the Great, Alexander the Great, and well, all the other "The Great"s. Nobody seems to ask "hey, what if this guy is actually an unholy mixture of Commodus, Caligula, King John, Tsar Nicholas, Ivan the Terrible, and all the other fuckers who would oppress me without a single thought."
They figure the monarch system would have the cream of the crop, forgetting that many monarchs who rose up are the same kinda faggots who used connections and charisma to rise to power with the support of their "aristocracy", i.e. most of the politicians of today.
I wonder how many of these internet monarchists would be a-ok if their new "ruler by divine right" is Hillary-motherfucking-Clinton. Or Obama. These are politically competent people who know how to shake the right hands and promise the right things to get into power. Remember just how many of the political class were on Hillary's side back in 2016; to the extent she fucked Bernie Sanders and still got him to kiss her ring. She would absolutely steal the crown and I doubt these internet monarch fags would be "with her" on that.
Or hell, to pull it back in to the faggot-in-chief in this thread; imagine how these monarchists would react if "their God chose" DEV of all people. I can imagine they'd go full 'end of days; God is dead!' if such a proclamation were to hit the streets; they would not accept him, because he is not /theirguy/.

None of these internet monarchic faggots ever consider what would happen if the people they dislike would be enough of a snake to fulfil the criteria and ascend the throne. And then get ass-mad when people go "dude, that shit is no guarantee of solving the problem. And all of this without considering other factors within the monarchic systems that these people often do not consider down and dirty parts such as succession crises, balancing peasantry desires vs aristocratic desires, etc.

Has Dev actually done anything recently? Went to look for a weekly seethe and I dont see anything. Feels like its been a bit since he did anything but bicker on twitter

His most recent weekly seethe has been unlisted I think, but he's working on some e-drama video and is apparently cooking up 6 drama response videos. Looks like he's pivoting to being yet another drama commentary channel.

Basically nothing since the Pirate Software video. The best we know is that he's trying to get another 3 hour long video out, but he was vague on the subject. I think it's about what counts as "canceling" someone, but he wasn't specific and tried to keep it secret.

Does he get more money via minutes watched for one three hour video every other month over one 20 minute video a week, or is he just doing that so he can casually dismiss anyone who calls him out for his shit but hasn't done a six hour video addressing each and every point he made?

There was a video that MentisWave put out a couple weeks back on the hallmarks of midwittery, and this is one of those points he called out. Essentially the tactic is to make your arguments "critique-proof," because in order to make the critique you have to respond to the argument exhaustively - fail to address a point or get a minor thing wrong, and the midwit is free to use that his get-out-of-jail-free card and dismiss the critique wholesale. Dev is absolutely fond of this tactic, both as a deflection tactic in his Twitter politisperging ("watch my 40-hour video, it contains a succinct summary of my points") and as a way to weasel out of it ("you clearly missed where I addressed this topic in the middle of the video between where I was talking about how much I want to have sex with Lillith").

As far as getting paid per minute of ads? I doubt that's even Dev's goal, even though you technically get paid based off how many ads Youtube can stuff into whatever slop you feed the algorithm. But given that Dev failed to deliver on his one and only sponsored video I both doubt that his goal is to make money with longer videos nor that he even knows how to properly monetize any of his work.
