I've heard. In fact I've been wondering if there's an English version of the comics that the video game "Disney's P.K. Out of the Shadows" is based on. I've been told there was a fan translation in the works but I don't recall where to find it.
(I believe that game is based on Paperinik New Adventures but you might want to double-check. I never played the game, I just like the idea of a comic where Donald Duck is secretly a costumed vigilante. I also find myself wondering if Paperinik ever had a crossover with Darkwing Duck).
it is, I actually got the book on the shelf. as for translations there are apparently official ones:

each story has an entry in which language it is available. there might also be some fan-translations, since some are only available in certain countries depending how it sold and when it was canceled.
don't think there ever was a crossover with darkwing duck, kinda like tailspin being it's own thing.
the thing that surprised me when I looked into it a while back is that you burgers simply don't get most of the stuff euros produce and read, always expected it would at least end up in english since disney is an english brand. I've sperged about it in another thread before, but actual disney comics over here go back
decades, and they're quite successful. pretty much every kid has read those, since they're cheap and actually fucking good (probably because they're not made by disney america, but dunno if they have become pozzed in the meantime). for example in krautland you got a monthly 250-page book with several stories for like 5 bucks, imagine it like disney doing shonen jump (or any manga collection): cheap to produce, low price, good stories. and that's the ones in addition to the micky mouse magazine coming out every 2 weeks (which in format are similar to burger capeshit comics).
this also means kids over here have (or had at least) quite a different perception of mickey and disney in general. I'd go as far and say donald over here is as big as mickey mouse, if not bigger, and those comics being a big reason. PKNA is a reboot, the original duck avenger story goes all the way back to
1969. that's also why darkwing duck over here is kinda... redundant. the character is still fun and everything, but mainly limited to cartoons, comics are all duck avenger (especially since cartoons are usually produced in america, so europe doesn't have access to make them with their characters even if they wanted too - although some french duck avenger cartoon could be fucking ace now thinking about it).
over in europe almost all the disney characters got extended and built upon. duck avenger happened because readers wanted donald not constantly get shat on, the first version he was more like a mean robin hood fucking with scrooge, before he became a crime fighter proper (with the help of gyro gearloose). they didn't write a new character like darkwing duck, but gave donald more traits, and his unlucky persona everyone knows is just the public identity. he also worked as a secret agent, both in a johnny english and literally suave bond version (not making this up)
same goes for mickey, which is now kind of a police consultant like sherlock holmes, with it's own rogue's gallery and everything.
another thing, when I said good stories I mean actually fucking good. they put way more effort in the characters and stories, and they are expected to be more sophisticated. for example what they did (and it's mostly italians, which are the same that invented duck avenger) is put them in all kinds of different stories. there have been quite a few parodies of literature works with disney characters, this is one of the most famous and popular ones:
it's hard to make out, but it's a parody of les misrables of all things. there's also war and peace and fucking hamlet (and plenty more). that's the kind of high brow stuff you can expect in euro disney stuff.
others are time travel stories where mickey (and goofy) help out two professors who invented a time machine and want to find out things. iirc the first story was about who was the mona lisa, so they write a funny little story around it.
other's are literal isekai where mickey and goofy end up in a fantasy land, or in space, often recurring. just look at
@Registration's post to see what I mean.
also checking some stuff I've seen there's now an outright disney comic line for adults. haven't looked into it but kinda curious if it's just reprints or it's own thing like the stuff I posted earlier.
TLDR: europe has it's own disney ecosystem they never brought over to the anglosphere, which would be easy as fuck since all they'd have to do is translate it.
also not necessary disney related, but if you want to read some fucking good comics check out some eurocomics, even the classics from decades ago still hold up (blake & mortimer for example, or something more lighthearted like spirou)
EDIT: But what you should really be telling me is where I can find more of my man Ludwig von Drake.

He's not wrong unfortunately--Willow tends to not be remembered fondly unless you're talking about either the arcade game or the NES one.
It's not a perfect movie but god damn, I enjoyed it. And I feel like its beyond criticism in a day and age where people somehow hold up Jackson's Lord of the Rings films as classics.
never met anyone who dislikes the film. might be a non-burger thing, like no one outside the states ever heard of the princess bride, maybe some bongs.
