Hmm, sus, and not because Legal paid off the accuser to recant, disgustingly this shit happens especially with big mage corps. I suspect they paid her off so they don't have to fire him and this is Ezra Miller all over again. Majors become famous really quickly and this will have no repercussions at all.

Is the Victoria Alonso firing for producing that film being spun to try and calm down those annoyed at the MCU being woke?

I had never heard of her until fairly recently. The first I heard of her was that reshuffling of who is in control at Marvel put her in a position of power. She's responsible for the M-SHE-U. She's all for race and gender swapping and the terrible decisions going on at Marvel.

That all seems possible, I don't know. Something seems to have changed.

Then within weeks of hearing this. Learning she exists. She's been fired. It's the woke reckoning. She's fired for terrible creative choices. The usual channels are talking constantly about how this is a changing point. Marvel/Disney under Iger are starting to realise their folly.

Then it turns out she was fired for Producing a non-Disney film and promoting it in breach of contract. She was just a VFX and post-production executive without creative control.

Isn't this all a little bit too convient? Disney wouldn't of just suddenly learnt she produced that film. Did they lay the seeds of her being to blame for woke Marvel ahead of firing her. To try and calm down the nerds? To promote the idea that Marvel / Disney is going to reverse course on that shit?

Probably not. Disney is very petty so I can see them firing her just for that with no alternative motives to be honest.

Critical Drinker believes it was all a set up. Disney gave her a ‘raise’, not in cash, but in status. They created a new middle manager position under Fiege. The main goal was probably to pull another Chapeak, have a target for all the mismanagement then fire them to prop up the old management in this fledgling company. It all seems to be an optics game.

I don't think this has been shared yet but there are rumors of a Recess reboot in development. Can't wait for the episode where the gang marches with Vince in a BLM march or when Spinelli finds out she's a boy.

I'm so tired of full blown reboots. If they want to bring it back why not do a next generation thing? Have the original kids be grown up with their own kids? I wanted Rugrats to do that.

I remember reading that a Clarissia Explains It All sequel series is going to be made that will focus on her son or daughter. That sounds better then just having 2020s teen Clarissa. Givin Melissa Joan harts politics I don't think it would be woke either. She wouldn't agree to that.

So recently, Disney Speed Storm, a live service kart racer has gotten a launch date of April 18th, and will have three separate founders packs to get started started ranging from $30-70. Information can be see below:
The general aesthetic and the little computer character is giving me flashbacks to Disney Universe, if anyone remembers that title. The game looks fun and the soundtrack is actually really good, but I have a feeling this title will bite the bullet quickly if Multiversus is any indication.

In other news, rumors or ramping up on Disney taking the WB and Nick route and developing their own platform fighter to compete with Smash. Disney Domination seems to be the name. I am not placing much stock into this yet given that the leaked images are obviously fake, but at the same time, I wouldn’t be surprised if there is a real Disney Smash soon here.

Other news is that Disney canceled, not one, but two LEGO titles. Originally, Tt games was developing a LEGO Disney title which took advantage of properties such as Winnie The Pooh, The Jungle Book, and Nightmare Before Christmas. The title was scrapped as its concepts were used in Dreamlight Valley. There was also a Guardians of The Galaxy title in development, but it too was scrapped. Past that Tt scrapped a ton of other shit unrelated to Disney such as LEGO Batman, and a Warner crossover title featuring DC, Rick & Morty, and Looney Tunes. Something must be going on at the company.
