No I'm not kidding, this movie is literally a remake of Blazing Saddles, but with talking animals. And you know what the worst part about it is? It's not even bad in a "so-bad-it's-good" or hell, even memorably bad. It's just....dull.

Boy, I sure do hope they make the same movie with the exact same story beats again, but this time Violet is the main character! And then next time, we can write the same story again, but with Dash!

Well ok then. 50% of Blazing Saddles was the racist jokes and the protagonist being a hung horn dog and I can't see that translating well to an animated ninja movie.

Sooooo Toy Story 5 is going to have elements of that rejected script about Buzz Lightyear toys getting recalled? Um... they really are desperate.
 
Incredibles 2 was super pozzed garbage that, for some reason, no one ever talks about how horribly demeaning it is to its own characters (and of course the audience). I can't imagine a third movie being any better.

Why didn't they ruin Finding Nemo or something, that movie was frustrating to watch when I was a kid. Fuck you Yidsney.

Why? I thought it was one of Pixar's best. Maybe give it a rewatch as an adult? It hits harder, especially if you have children/younger relatives.
 
Man even IRL hamsters know not to shit in their own bed. I can't believe they didn't shelve Snow White. It is freakish and as uncanny as possible with the odd cell-shaded critters. And I KNEW they were going to do a slowed down whistle thing with a thud sound effect. It doesn't look like they knew how to play it at all, cartoony or realistic, and came across as gloomy and just like brown haze over everything.

That thing is going to eat all the profits they'll get from 2024 alone with D&W.

I just can't be assed to do it. Like I get the message and how hard it hits for some people, but the characters and plot are just kind of obnoxious for me. Namely, the scene where the stupid sardines or whatever and Dory keep arguing about directions, maybe because I watched the movie too many times as a kid and I would get impatient, and the entirety of the scenes on the dentist's office. The fish in the tank are just too manic.

I just remembered it did get a sequel with Finding Dory, though, but I never saw that.

I agree, she would have been the perfect Snow White a decade ago. Nothing says the bitch has to have short hair. her smile is to die for, so its odd shes always playing these tough girl characters. Like she'd have been perfect for Ariel too, because she can't speak, but is very good at emoting with her face.

its because the humans are trying to do shit cheaply. Its literally a parallel to how native americans were killing fucking every white person in the 1600s, and its not like we couldn't just send guys in knights armor to fuck their shit up, its just that its not worth it to the corporate overlords.

Also the end of the first one showed the humans were on the verge of winning until literally all the animals showed up. Beyond that in 2 the Navi could barely win against literally just one fishing vessel and the upcoming movie doesn't feature humans at all supposedly (outside of spider) Its not even a top of the line fishing vessel,
 
Apparently people got so pissed about the dwarves they ended up having to CGI them. Also filming was done in 2022, they did reshoots in June of this year. Fucking disaster.

If I was ever given the opportunity to go to this world with a .44, I would go full wacko and just...end their miserable existences. Dear God, even I can tell how much the human actors (with the exception of that disgusting whore, Z✡️gler) absolutely hated filming this slop.
 
So I actually had some Twitter friends who managed to go to d23.

Based on what they said a lot of the Pixar stuff doesn't appealing minus that Beaver moving which is being directed by the creator of we bare bears.

On the Walt Disney animation front, it's basically just sequelitis with them talking about Frozen three with a potential Frozen four.

Moana 2 reeks of that was supposed to be a TV series but turned into a movie syndrome and from what I've heard there are way too many characters.

Moana is a chief but she has a little sister and she's going on a voyage with her and like three other people.


You guys already know the old guy, the weird Hawaiian Krunk clone, but they also get joined by a female variant of one of those weird tribal coconut things that attacked Moana and Maui in the first one.

Zootopia 2 was the highlight of that whole showcase and it seems like they're sort of insinuating that there's a whole continent filled with different species of animals and not just mammals and they announce that reptiles will be a big part of the film.

The Asian dude from everything everywhere at once is going to be playing a snake named Gary.

Don't care about Incredibles 3 considering how to turned out and toy story 5 basically invalidates the entire point of toy story 4 by having Woody join the toys again to fight a bunch of evil Buzzs.

The biggest surprise was probably Mufasa because this film will either be interesting or is going to basically screw up the mythos.

It seems like they're trying to go for a prince of Egypt situation and they bought out lin-manuel Miranda to talk about the songs.

The director chosen personally to work on it right when he was in the middle of writing for Encanto.


He became inspired after reading the script apparently and essentially started to add songs where he thought they were needed and the first song they showed off was essentially scar's version of I just can't wait to be king.

It's called I've always wanted a brother and TBH I thought the song was pretty good it sounds very Lion King and less like his usual style.
