Video bezüglich der Verhandlung (video about the upcoming trial)

Dear hater! A few people took the effort to analyze the upcoming trial. I thank everyone who helped creating this video. As you all know, there's a lot of speculation and rumors circulating. Here I want to summarize the guaranteed findings and facts. Furthermore, we want to take a glance at the future of the dragon game. To begin with, there is nothing one can foresee in our legal system and there's is no simple answer to this. I try to answer some questions.

We know that Rainer had a trial this year which was terminated with an open end. Why was it terminated? That can several reasons. Most likely, the trial has been postponed to another day because of new evidences or new criminal acts. That is not unusual. Further reasons: the presiding judge or the lawyer or the prosecutor has gotten sick. It also could have been that the defendant claimed unfit to plead. New evidences, new witnesses, etc., but also a bias petition could have caused the postponement (but that is far-fetched in this case).

We know that Rainer has a previous conviction from 16th September 2019. He got 7 months imprisonment as 2 years on probation because of grievous bodily harm. He had attacked someone with a pepper spray. His probation was 50 hours community service and participation at an anti-aggression training in Nuremberg. The charges in the upcoming trial are:
  • 3rd of August 2019, insulted police officers
  • 9th of August 2019, insulted police officers
  • 6th of September 2019, grievous bodily harm (that was the attack with the heavy/big flash light)
  • 23rd of November 2019, insulted police officers
  • 23rd of Dezember 2019, bodily harm, attack on 2 visitors
  • 12th of June 2020, insulted police officers
We know that there has been a trial already on 4th of March 2021. He got another probation in combination with monitoring the close-knit probation conditions. There were two probation conditions: first one was to sell his house, second one was to end his youtube career voluntarily. He refused this offer. Also, we know that he is already on probation. In judiciary tongue it means a prison sentence without being executed. Rainer got 7 months prison sentence as 2 years on probation, that means that Rainers prison sentence was 7 months which was suspended for a probation of 2 years. That means, if Rainer commits another crime within those 2 years the prosecutor can apply for a repeal of the probation at the responsible local court. Normally, that would happen after the new criminal act was processed. But there are options to repeal the probation sooner. Rainer would have to confess his new criminal act at court before the trial and exactly that won't happen.

As said before, Rainer got offered a double probation. According to the article of the newspaper North Bavaria, that double probation is impossible. Actually, that is not true. In our legal system there is no limit to how many probations one person can get. Only the amount of the prison sentence is significant. Only a maximum prison sentence of 2 years can be suspended as probation. It is irrelevant how many prison sentences the probation consists of. Earlier I explained that Rainer refused the offer for the second probation. That's why there are now 2 new trial dates. The first is on 21st of October at 9am, the second on 28th of October, same time. The trials take place at the local court in Neustadt an der Aisch. But, which is unusual, it takes places in the premises of the Higher Regional Court in Nuremberg, room 006. For the upcoming sentence on the 28th of October, most haters are sure that Rainer has to go to prison. In a leaked email the court reporter of the North Bavaria newspaper assumes that Rainer will get a prison sentence. The severity of the penalty cannot be foreseen. 7 months on probation is assured, anything above that is speculation. After talking to haters who work in the judicial system it turned out that most people get another sentence between 12 and 18 months. But it's hard to say what the judge will actually decide. The double probation shows already that the judge is steering in a direction we all can't foresee. The legal text is also not helping. It says that whoever does bodily harm gets a prison sentence between 6 months and 10 years. In minor cases between 3 months and 5 years. If Rainer gets a prison sentence without a probation, he or his lawyer have the option to file an appeal. An appeal would be pointless if he gets another probation expect he is innocent. With an appeal the case will be newly examined but not at the local court Neustadt an der Aisch. Instead this will happen at the district court in Nuremberg. An appeal will always be forwarded to the next instance with a higher authority. That means the whole case will be reopened and examined as if you set the clock back to 0. Normally, it takes between 9 to 12 months for the new trial to happen. Rainer would be a free man until then. If the district court does sentence him to prison or give him another probation, he has another chance to file an appeal - this time it's not called appeal, but the legal remedy of revision. Mainly the revision is different in one point: there won't be another instance. The revision will be examined by the responsible Higher Regional Court. They only check if the trial had any legal errors (like not considered unburdening facts). Normally the revision gets discarded after 3 or 4 months. The times are not fixed, I only refer to experiences with haters I talked to. It can take more or less months. The revision just exists to get more time in freedom. As soon as the revision gets discarded, the sentence is final. Rainer has to go to prison. When? Well, we also like to know. There's also no answer to that. Normally it can take between 4 to 6 months until he gets summoned for imprisonment. The judicial officer is the first contact person after one got their summoning letter. After receiving the letter one has a month to finish all their affairs. Some judicial officers only allow 2 weeks. But for a prison sentence of a year it's highly unlikely. Besides, there is no fixed date for when Rainer has to go to prison. Everyone can decide for themselves. Normally people use the whole month and only show up at the prison in the last hour. With that we are at the end of the video. I hope you enjoyed it and I thank you for watching.

His Lardness is charged with 6 crimes, 4 of which are related to insulting the police. If this affects the punishment, it'd be pretty rad. Just imagine thelardrage when he gets the just desserts for his petty insults.

It's illegal to insult police there?
That's not a law here because 1st amendment protects speech, so I don't know how serious it's taken by your courts, but it's the Grievous Bodily Harm that's really gonna fuck him, that's like a felony assault and there's multiple counts, if the Drachenlord is still on probation it's going to go even worse for him, he could be looking at actual time.
Any idea what would happen to his house if he gets locked up?
He lives alone in his... Schanzer? I read it was left to him and he drove his family away, does he own the place then?
I can picture if he get locked up trolls are going to break in to loot it for memorabilia, and going by how aggressive some of them seem to be I can see it being trashed or even burned down.
I can't believe I'm just getting into this guy now and he could be losing everything.
How likely is this trial to end up with him going away for a while?

If he gets locked up his house will get fucked, if he's smart hell move the valuable stuff to a storage space somewhere. Our poll showed that the majority believes he'll go to prison for some time. There's a genuine chance he'll get more then a year.

Also in Germany youre (kind of) allowed to insult the police force as a whole but he insulted specific people and at that point they can press charges.

insulting someone is not covered by freedom of speech. Especially people of the executive, legislative, and judicial authority/system. But it depends. If you call your neighbour an asshole and he is just a random citizen, then idk if anything would ever happen. But if it's a police officer or a judge, then you get a penalty.

Emskirchen really hates him. I checked the page because I couldn't believe it, they really put that picture in there. @WWE Champion

How likely is it the court takes pity on him for being a sped?
Chris got off with pepper spraying a guy and hitting someone with his car (although Barb took most of the heat for that) because of the Teflon T ard Effect.
Any chance the courts will go easy on him?
Tbh it's his own fucking fault, he constantly harassed the cops and called them all kinds of shit, I'm not surprised they got sick and charged him, and from what I've read he patrols his village with a stick and started assaulting people and vehicles that were genuinely nothing to do with his haters, I mean, he's a big fucking guy, he looks like an Ogre from a Saga, I bet his neighbors are terrified of him lol.

They already took pity on him once hence the probation, his endless fucking with the law and binding of police forces is probably gonna be enough for the court this time. No guarantee tho, I still see a chance he'll just get a second probation or some other new age punishment.

Most of his neighbours are pretty old, pretty much the only reason they don't beat the shit out of him on a daily basis

Lmfao well he's earned it, I had to laugh watching one of his calls the cop got sick of his shit and basically told him to fuck off before hanging up.

Yeah especially in court, besides it's different insulting Joe Public to screaming at a cop, who you called, that's trying to deal with shit you caused. I'm not surprised they got sick of him tbh.

Judging by the guys temper I wouldn't be surprised if he spergs the fuck out in the court and starts insulting the cops, prosecutor, and everyone else and ends up with even more charges lol

Yeah, the house will not survive for half a year, lot alone however long the Lard will be behind bars.

He said he sold it recently and will move out eventually, if that's correct, he might avoid having all his shit stolen or burnt.
As for the future of the house, my best guess is that the buyer are the other citizens of Altschauerberg, who will tear down the house, plow all the rubble into the earth and then salt it, so it will forever be barren and unwelcoming, hoping it will then no longer be of interest to internet retards.

How likely is this trial to end up with him going away for a while?
My personal guess: Very high, though many assume he migth just get another probation. Given his track record, though, I don't see that happening. I assume come some point next year, he'll get at least a year of state-mandated quiet time.

Technically, anyone can sue a person that insulted them, but the court system usually doesn't bother with that stuff, since it's petty bullshit... Between regular people, this shit never really goes anywhere in court (if it even reaches court). But as you said, it's an entirely different matter when you do it with cops or other officials.

I mean, cops don't bother pressing charges most of the time, but in this case, they most likely make an exception, cause Rainer is a dipshit that calls them all the goddamned time to cry and bitch about harmless tards vibing in front of his house (which is in no way illegal as long as they just stand around) and then calls them incompetent assholes to their face and on stream.

Judging by the guys temper I wouldn't be surprised if he spergs the fuck out in the court and starts insulting the cops, prosecutor, and everyone else and ends up with even more charges lol
A very likely scenario and something that would really make my day.

He got convicted for bashing in a car window with a stick ("in self defense" because they "wanted to run him over", which is of course bullshit, since he stood at the side of the car and jumped out from behind a bush), where he had to pay €900. In that trial we learned he was previously convicted for lying to court about his finances (I think it was 2009/10? Whenever he was on unemployment benefits).
Then he sprayed a guy with pepper spray through his fence (through gaps between boards he had fastened to it IIRC) and got out on probation (7 months jail for over a year on probation).
Now he bashed a flashlight into some guys face (this is on video), threw a brick (i think there is video?) and is sued by police for, I think, a mix of libel, personal insults and publishing video footage with voice recording from two police officers without their agreement.

And the judge still wanted to give him a chance!
She said, for a second probation to be an option, it would be required for him to compromise on his behaviour, so he should stop making videos on Youtube and stop bothering his neighbours, the first of which he promptly rejected.

Now, I think he could have gotten away without such drastic measures. He could have explained to the judge, that he relies on the income, but is willing to make only specific content and not fan the flames anymore (like for example renovating his house, people actually liked when he did some cleaning up on the upper floor of the house).

But he can not compromise, he never could, even in the beginning of his lolcowdom. He is the Youtuber, it is his channel, his Teamspeak server, his Discord, his rules his his his...

He even tried to control the memes about him "Meddl Loide" "It's called metal! With a T!", Streisand much?

We are talking about a person who got a USB condenser mic, and when people told him, that he needed to speak into it from the side he thought they were trolling (fair enough) and insulted them instead.
We are talking about a person who got a green screen for his recording room and someone tried to tell him how he can set it up without looking green (lighting from front and back etc.) and he told him: "I do this shit for 10 years professionally, don't tell me how to do my job." To this day his color keying looks like shit lol.
Now he bought a dynamic mic for €400 combined it with a €70 pre-amp runs it into his €100 mixer and it sounds worse than his old €50 condenser mic (USB).
Only because he copies other retards on Youtube who use this equipment (you could write an entire book on that btw, it's like he doesn't even have his own personality at times).

Judging by the guys temper I wouldn't be surprised if he spergs the fuck out in the court and starts insulting the cops, prosecutor, and everyone else and ends up with even more charges lol
So raus wieder mit den ganzen Ami's. Will mein deutschen Thread zurück.

Last time I checked he still hadnt figured out that he had to turn his fethead on, one of the many reasons it still sounds like complete shit
Also his mixer is the goxlr which is 400€

yes, that's why I made the screenshot myself and showed the address ;)

I do not know the specific german situation, but in Switzerland, it is illegal to insult anyone. Authority figures etc. have no special protection, but of course a police officer is straight at the source and has it easier in practice, especially if somebody pissed them off. If you are a public person, you have to endure more, as long as it isn't outright slander. Now if I call my neighbour an asshole, he could in theory inform the police about it (if he feels like this insulted his honor), but if that's all that happened, they will tell him to stop wasting their time and not do anything about it since it is a) not important and b) impossible to proof.

Which is still a bit weird imho, because the mixer should have a mic preamp anyway, maybe not the best but still. So either he is scared of turning the gain knob, or the fethead actually attenuates the signal while unpowered.

The goxlr has enough gain to cleanly power the sm7b in a normal podcast type setting, but because our fat lard has his mic super far away he pushes the gain beyond what is cleanly possible with that setup. That's the exact thing the fethead would fix by providing more clean gain, but to use the fethead he has to turn on phantom power on the mic line, that's literally the only instruction written in the fethead manual, but alas he's still to stupid.
Can't get over the fact that he has a 70€ preamp just dangling on the line doing nothing...

It is retarded to even use such an insensitive mic when you want to use it that far away anyway IMHO. Not that the usual Vlog/Let's play/influencer crowd where he has the idea from would know any better than Rainer.
I personally don't even understand why they are all simping for the sm7b suddenly. It is as if the market share of condenser mics has capped and Shure now has their influencers market this thing now through Twitch and Youtube.
If an audio guy can explain to me what is better about this mic, then please go ahead.

That's probably the reason, why people tend to go for the fethead. Still: You could just invest those €70 (or even a bit more) in a better mixer.
Or maybe just buy a decent Interface for the same money as the mixer costs...

Oh fuck off, this entire thing is gimmicky as hell. No wonder streaming retards will buy this "switchable via control app". Dude just put in a switch lol

Quick translation, cause even Rainer's lawyer is dunking on him and our frens from the Commonwealth need to know:

Rainer's defense attorny:
"The defendant went to a special ed school, doesn't have a school degree, he has trouble expressing himself, the way how he expresses himself is awkward, the way he expresses himself is rough. The danger of misunderstandings or misinterpretations is immense, so that's the reason why he won't say anything [in court] for the time being."

Translation from legalese to proper English: "The guy is as dumb as a sack of potatos, so I told him to shut his retard piehole, so I can at least attempt to dig him out of that hole of stupidity that he made for himself."

Now I'm not unbiased as I love the sm7b, but for a lot of people in the semi professional content creation realm the sm7b is an outstanding microphone, it manages to give the radio type tuning in a way that makes it compatible with like 95% of voices out there. That's why it excels in productions where you have guests so they all sound "good" or at least ok without having to change anything.
And yeah, probably around three quarter of people buy it without knowing a single thing about audio because they saw it somewhere else which is stupid.

Now I also love the goxlr which makes it the more sad...
Basically: the goxlr is great if you have a dynamic live production and know what you're doing (read: not Rainer)

I just want him to use the old condenser mic again, at least we could understand him properly with it...
