Einsicht ist ein großes Ding im deutschen Rechtssystem. Es hätte strafmildernd gewirkt wenn er sich ordentlich angezogen und Verständnis dafür gezeigt hätte, das sein Verhalten nicht in Ordnung und die Situation in seinem Dorf außer Kontrolle ist. Hat er nicht. Er hat sogar noch eins draufgesetzt und gesagt das er weiter Youtube-Videos machen wird, etwas was Gegenstand seiner ersten Bewährung war. Es ist wirklich eine Leistung für solches Proll-Verhalten im Knast zu landen, aber er hat's irgendwie geschafft. Ich wage sehr zu bezweifeln das die Berufung etwas daran ändern wird.

He's been on parole for the last few months due to counts of assault, he actually avoided jail time by the skin of his teeth on that one. Now he got another 2 counts of assault, one might even be aggravated assault. The insulting policemen stuff is just the icing on the cake, kind of like back in school when you were between 2 grades and did some stupid presentation to get the better grade.

With the assault, there's also the issue of who he assaulted: People who went out of their way to fuck with him. If he punches a guy who gets uppity every now and then, he might have gotten away with it on that basis... but when he gets cops involved and insults them for not wanting to play his 24/7 bodyguards with constant presence at his house, that doesn't make a good impression on the judge.

talked to my court friend, he thinks that if Rainer appeals he either gets shorter jail time or the sentence stays the same. So.... he just postpones his prison sentence a bit. But he has to go anyway, sooner or later.

Edit: because Rainer already got probation and he didn't follow it and didn't accept any offers by court. His only option is prison now. He can't get out of this.
