Every idiot can beat Rainer in a fight, you don't have to be buff, let alone practice some Bruce Lee shit.
The key to real fighting, whether armed or unarmed, is to not let the other guy know what you're doing. Movements are very sudden and explosive, coming out of seemingly nowhere. Rainer on the other hand fights like a videogame character, all of his "strikes" have obvious giveaways that allow you to react to them.
Additionally, Rainer has long-standing health issues with both his legs and especially his feet. I'm fairly certain that a single stomp on his feet or toes will knock him out.

I'm not 100% on this but I imagine this is about one of his discord servers. In the beginning of his "porn actor career" he provided links to his videos on his discord, that could be accessed publicly. He got a perma ban from discord for this.
My thought is, someone sued over this or filled a complain with the police just to fuck with him.
Since "telemedien" is explicitly cited I don't think it was that smart move of him, pulling his pants down in front of the child (sitting in the back seat of a car).

Rainer's choice of wardrobe is... less than ideal. Of all the nice clothes he could and should be wearing, he chose a completely washed out, filthy looking metal-shirt and running shoes (oh the irony) that he's wearing like slippers. What are the odds he neither showered properly or slapped on some deo?
Thing is, people like Rainer usually have a very similar style of fighting, which is waiting to grab you, pull you in and then use their massive weight to pummel you, possibly force you on the ground and pinch you with their gut. Given that their body is like one giant cushion, you can beat them and hurt them that way, but their fat absorbs energy which makes that approach ineffective. So as long as you can evade his attacks and remain out of reach and manage to get close in, hit them in a place that's less packes with fat and get out, you're good.
