While this is likely to be appealed, Dragonlord has been sentenced to two years in prison with no chance of probation, due to multiple counts of insults and infliction of bodily harm/assault (towards visitors).
He had previously been sentenced to 7 months probation for pepperspraying a visitor.
Originally a verdict was expected on the 28th (two days were scheduled) but they got through it in a single day.
The defense asked for 2 years on probation (citing Dragonlord's willingness to move and lay low, having recently sold his decrepit ruin house which he will move out of in January), the state asked for 2.5 years without probation. Judge "compromised" on 2 years without probation.

A couple of explanations as to his background and pre-youtube existence that may not have been covered by Dankula can be found in the previous pages, where the Germankiwis have been switching to English in anticipation of this event.


To clarify : Insulting people publicly (or disseminating insults through a public medium) is punishable under German law. Rainer regularly insulted the police and individual policemen / patrols in his streams when they did not arrive fast enough for his taste (he would call them multiple times daily, basically whenever someone visited him and expected them to show up within minutes)

that is true. But it's not only German trolls. Rainer mainly gets visitors from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. And many don't just wanna watch, they need to let out their frustration or anger (or whatever it is that makes them want to drive to Rainer) on Rainer. I can imagine that if the whole visiting trend wasn't a thing Rainer would have fucked over himself somehow anyway. Maybe he would have gotten himself into more debt and would have ended up in prison somewhen. The dragon game would be a lot smaller if BasedGod, lachschon.de (@SchnappiLS), Rainbow sheep and other people start with swatting, visiting Rainer, getting people worked up about Rainer and his stupid shit.

Rainer is a reckless driver. He drives too fast, cuts off other people, drives drunk, and doesn't care about safety. I swear if his car wasn't broken and any IRL hater action wasn't a thing he'd have been in a major car accident by now.

I wish the visits had never happened. And the swatting too. In terms of money, the massive wall of text in German that I posted earlier mentions that Rainer, despite having an income of several thousand Euros a month (clownworld in full swing baby), has not ever paid a single dime in taxes, since he assumes the taxation happens on Youtube's end in the USA.

So yeah, at some point (for instance when Rainer gets money for his hovel) the German equivalent of the IRS might prick up their ears. Unless you're a millionaire VIP, you seriously do not want to fuck with those guys. Dipshit haters might soften the hearts of a judge in a local court regarding his cases of assault and libel, but the courts dealing with taxes have absolutely no chill and they don't care how much crap the Lard is going through.
