I was introduced to Drachenlord by Dankula. I felt that that Dankula emphasised how the harassment by the Damned, Uncouth Trolls led to Drachenlord assaulting random strangers and landing himself in court. As for how Drachenlord aggravated or is responsible for his predicament, I felt that he just glossed over them. So you end up feeling sorry for Drachenlord.

Way to much so here is a small list

• Killed his Hamster
• Let his poor horse Blu starve to death (RIP)

• Showed his penis to a minor
• screams at his poor neighbours & insults them
• claims he has it as bad as victims of terrorist attacks (like Vienna) and the jews during the holocaust

He talks about how Hitler hated the jews and at the end he says

Now it's not the jews anymore, now it's me.

• is calling the police EVERY time someone is in front of his house and then insults them in his streams.
• Lies constantly (pretends to have 2 girlfriends, is a skilled martial artist, destroyed his own window and claimed haters did it, says he worked in a forest at the age of 4, is skilled at knife throwing etc. he pretends he can do everything and is better than everyone)

Here he says visitors threw stones at his house and destroyed his windows but the videos shows that it was the Lard himself.

• was responsible for his mother and sister fleeing from the house after his father died.
• is agressive but claims he hates violence
• Destroyed the house that his ancestors build. When he inherited it everything looked nice.
• Is a lazy glutton, smells like garbage, doesn't wash himself nor his clothes.
• Can't keep his promises (example: promises that he is going to make lots of videos for his fans but does nothing, promised to donate money to victims of the flooding but didn't do it.)
• Shits on everything his father Rudolf or "Rudi" build. Rudi wasn't a nice person but he was a hard worker. The Ogre pretends he himself earned everything but he just inherited it.

There is so much more. Dude has no redeeming qualities. He is awful.

Him not deserving any sympathy is perhaps a bit too strong of a statement because most people seem to agree that the fuckheads who go out of their way to harass him are impressively pathetic.

I don't follow Drachenlord too closely and might not know all the details, so feel free to correct me or add anything I might have missed.

First and foremost, people aren't sympathetic towards Rainer because he is the one who initiated the "visits". After his sister was harassed over the phone by a troll, he published his own address and encouraged people to come to his house so that he could "bash their heads in".

He also keeps escalating confrontations with haters. He never fucking learns and yells at every single asshole standing in front of his house, even the ones that don't do anything besides taking pictures. He interrupts his fucking streams to get into shouting matches with them. He also never really leaves the house, so people come from all across Germany to provoke him, because they know they'll ALWAYS get a reaction from him. Had he stopped giving people what they wanted, I doubt they'd still go on 8 hour roadtrips just to yell at a fat loser.
It's not just yelling though, he also attacks his haters. He has smashed in a car window, beaten a hater with a flashlight and is often the one who throws the first punch after a verbal confrontation. There are videos of him chasing people around, armed with a stick.

If he wants to fuck up his own life then that's cool, but he made his neighbors' lives a living hell as well. Emskirchen is a tiny village. The people who live there are either retired or want to raise their kids in a peaceful environment. They want to be left the fuck alone. Because Rainer keeps looking for trouble, his neighbors have to deal with constant noise from all the verbal arguments, firecrackers being thrown on his property, trash being thrown around and even strangers getting on their property at night trying to break into Rainer's yard.

Well, I wouldn't say that he deserves no sympathy at all, especially given the kind of morons he has to deal with, but he's not just a victim in this mess, he's in a hole he dug himself.

Giving away his address and challenging people to fight him in person was a stupid idea (he deleted the video very quickly, by then the damage was already done), but that's really not that important in the grand scheme of things. His conduct over the following years is what makes this so terrible.
Dude has a short fuse and his reactions fueled and escalated the situation. Sure, the trolls are scum and some of the shit they did was atrocious, but it would not have spiralled out of control if Rainer would have just stopped shouting like a moron whenever someone showed up to merely loiter in front of his hovel.
The police were very -very- firmly on his side in the beginning. None of them are now. They are all sick and tired of his bullshit, sick and tired of his insults, sick and tired of him perpetuating this situation through his own actions and they are sick and tired of being called a dozen times a day, just cause someone walked past Rainers hovel.

They still do the best they can given their resources and the situation, but damn, what does Rainer do? Insult them, calling them incompetent, accusing them of not doing their work. And he does so to their face and via streams watched by thousands across the nation. Just cause they don't wanna give in and play his royal guard.

Rainer is a bigger disturbance to the peace and quiet of his hometown than even any rock-throwing hater, cause he goes ballistic at people doing literally nothing and shouts way louder than any of his trolls. He feeds this cycle and presents himself as blameless victim.

Had he not provided a stage to every stupid motherfucker that came into his village, had he not lost his temper at the drop of a hat and filmed himself going batshit turbotardrage, had he not went out of his house to confront even the most harmless dolts, had he only called the cops when it was actually warranted... well... a lot could have been different.
He might have been less of an abrasive shithead. He could have kept his stupid statements to a minimum. But nope. So here we are.

Ist der nicht schon mehrfach einschlägig vorbestraft? Je öfter du sowas veranstaltest desto beschissener die Sozialprognose. Da er gegen Bewährungsauflagen bereits verstieß (und sogar in der Bewährungszeit neue Straftaten beging) mussten die irgendwann auch mal ohne verhängen. Beim ersten Mal kannste noch mit Reue und n bisschen Heucheln ankommen, aber irgendwann kauft dir das kein Richter mehr ab. Zumal Mobbing in der konkreten Situation ja eher Motiv oder Affekt ist und kein Rechtfertigungsgrund. Notwehr nimmt einem da auch keiner ab, schließlich darf er seinerseits auch nicht krass eskalieren, nur weil er konkret provoziert wurde. Offensichtlich ist das Gericht auch zur Erkenntnis gelangt, dass er sein Verhalten partout nicht ändert und das seit Jahren. Sozialstunden? Nicht gemacht. Anti-Agressionstraining? Zu weit nach Nürnberg, da kommt er nicht hin. Das Haus verkaufen war das Intelligenteste, die Situation grundlegend ändern ist ne ziemlich gute Strategie - nur leider too little, too late.

Gefährliche KV allein hat einen Strafrahmen von 6 Monaten bis zu zehn Jahren. Weiß nicht genau wieviel hier auf einmal abgeurteilt wurde, aber es bewegt sich ja im unteren Rahmen. Bei Betrachtung der Gesamtsituation erscheint mir das jetzt nicht besonders streng. Aber mal sehen wie es weitergeht.

Im Prinzip geht es bei Bewährung halt immer um die Frage: Kann man den Angeklagten so einschüchtern dass er sein Leben grundlegend ändert damit er nicht mehr straffällig wird, ohne ihn direkt einzusperren. Rainer hat bei Gericht kurz eine Show abziehen können, aber am Ende konnte er halt kein Konzept vorbringen wie er sein provokantes Youtube-Auftreten so ändert dass er Haidern weniger Grund gibt zu ihm zu fahren und Stress zu machen. Er taucht da wie ein Penner auf und gibt zu dass er so weitermachen wird wie bisher. Er hat nicht verstanden wie ernst die Situation war. Er lernt es nur mit einer Haftstrafe.
