If this went public, haters would have started to act as potential buyers and it would have become a total shitshow, and no real potential buyer could have been found. It's also hard to imagine that a private citizen would buy this house with all its infamity. What happened right now is something very unlikely and might have never happened before, or at least hardly ever.
3) He probably got more than 75k since, he was able to pay off all his debt (multiple 10ks at that point), buy a Ford Ranger (40k), a lot of new Tech and other stupid shit (around 10k maybe all together with a 3080, ram, screen, VR headset, new laptop, clothes and shit I have forgotten about or we don't even know). Of course, he also earned some money at that time with youtube, but this could hardly be more than 8k brutto for this periode, because Haters got him suspended on YouTube for multiple weeks before christmas by using the dmca system.

it's more like people getting so worked up over his bullshit that they visit him. Also for some reason they think it is worth the travel. They get a kick out of it and are entertained when they make him mad. That is reason enough for them.

You ask yourself that after knowing Chris' story and it went on until 2021? Drachenlord isn't even going on for 10 years.

Probably since his livestyle is aganst a german core value: working hard, getting professional in your job. Rainer Winkler never does anything right. Instead of working and achieving goals, he lies, pretends and announces. Instead of working, he say he has work. Instead of building up a relationship with a woman he pretended to have 2 girlfriends (which could neither be seen, nor heard in his many, many streams).

He pretends to be a big fighter - 6 years of martial art - but everytime he showed his fighting abilitys he failed miserably.

When it comes to practical things he is not even able to saw a wooden plank or clean a wall without damaging it.

Instead of eating healthy and working out, he announces he will make sport ane getting fatter each year, visibly.

He the most overconfident person, a lier and pretender, at the same time failing at the easiest challenges of life like reading a letter or paying a bill. The people who hate him "die Haider" basically just wanted to readjust his overconfidence. Since he is total stubborn "unbesiegt auf ewig" and total ignorant to any advise and still vomiting his unenjoyable content in the internet the number of haters have grown and grown and may number in the 100.000 (he has 190.000 followers on Youtube, which are overwhelmingly haters) nowadays.

Instead of 3 billion lolcows like the Anglos, the Germanosphere pretty much only has one.

Actually we don't know much about his health and health issues. There are no leaks of documents originating from doctors or hospitals.

A few years ago his gall bladder has been removed.

On videos where he can be seen walking everyone can see that something is wrong as he not walking like a normal healthy 32 year old man should do (we call is "style" of walking "wongeln"). But technically we don't know anything officially.

There is much speculation about him having diabetes but even this we don't know as a fact bc there is no proof so far.
