Ich bin ja schon der Meinung, dass er das genau weiß. Und es genau deswegen macht. Ohne Hater kein Interesse, ohne Interesse keine Barrne.

Stimmt, in der Drachenlord Dokuserie kommt raus dass er das schon ziemlich früh in seiner “Karriere” immer mal wieder gesagt hat. Was er halt nie wirklich auflösen konnte war dieser Konflikt zwischen “ich provozier die Haider absichtlich für Bekanntheit und Mitleidsbarren” und “ich will keine Haider mehr”.

War es nicht auch so, dass eine Bewährung nicht nur abhängt wieviele Auflagen eingehalten werden? War da nicht was, dass in Sondersituationen auch eine zweite Bewährung gegeben werden kann?
Im Endeffekt isses mir egal, aber wie die Leute in der Hater-Bubble echt argumentieren, dass die ständigen Verfolgungen, Eskalationen, Anrufe bei Hotels und Orten in denen er ist, Reviews auf Webseiten (kotmidas etc.) KEINE Sondersituation sein KÖNNTE... teilweise sind die Haider genauso verblendet wie Rainer selbst.
Von daher isses mir doch nicht ganz egal. Eine zweite Bewährung würde für ordentlich Spaß und vermutlich mindestens 2-3 neue Drachenlord-Nachfolger sorgen. Davon bin ich überzeugt.

Das stimmt so schlichtweg nicht. Sog. doppelte Bewährung ist rechtlich möglich und passiert in der Realität auch.

Für Reiners Fall sehe ich, als Laie, nur keinen Spielraum und ich verstehe auch nicht, wie Profis und andere da irgendeine zweite Bewährungsstrafe herbei reden können.

Everyone is curious about this bc nobody knows exactly. When he bought his car there were some speculations and estimations based on some general information one can gather via internet. But this was a few weeks ago and honestly I am too lazy to dig through some Twitter profiles where this topic has been discussed (I couldn't remember that it was discussed here).

Also it's pointless to some point bc there is a lack of crucial information about the insuance situation:

- We don't know exactly which kind of insurance he has for his car . There are three different types in Germany: "Kfz-Haftpflichtversicherung" (the standard liability insurance for cars), "Teilkasko" (partially comprehensive insurance) and "Vollkasko" ((full) comprehensive insurance). You need at least to have one.
- We don't know which insurance company he uses. Google says that in 2020 there were 92 insurance companies active in Germany. They all have different offerings.
- There are so called "Schadenfreiheitsklassen" (levels of being free of damage) which give you a discount on your insurance or vice versa you have accidents you don't get a discount. In the past he had at least one car accident of which we know but Drachenlord claimed to have had several others before. Usually if you have an car accident it can raise the costs of your insurance.

Eine zweite Instanz hebt im Normalfall das Urteil der ersten Instanz nicht auf. Ich weiß nicht woher die erneute Bewährung daher kommt.

Zweite. dritte und auch siebte oder achte Bewährungen sind nicht unmöglich, auch bei KV.
Bayern ist da allerdings mehr law and order mäßig drauf und da passiert das wesentlich seltener.

Bedenken muss man auch dass bei mehr als zwei Jahren Strafe die Bewährung eh vom Tisch ist.

I ran the numbers as far as I can guess through some internet thingy by a somewhat affordable insurance company and the cheapest basic insurance runs at 667 Euros, the slightly improved basic runs at 717 Euros.
Teilkasko runs at 788, 876 or 924 Euros depending on the package.
Vollkasko runs at 1076, 1195 or 1323 Euros depending on package.

It is reasonable to assume he's at least going for a Teilkasko, but the numbers I got are for someone who starts from scratch with their "Schadensfreiheitsklasse" (essentially a discount on being without accident) and that has a huge impact. It could be that Rainer, despite having a few accidents under his belt, is still better placed in that system than starting from scratch.

So take these numbers with a huge grain of salt, but they at least allow to make a general ballpark-estimate.

Bin ein asoziales Stück Dreck was seine Brot & Spiele benötigt um sein eigenes erbärmliches Leben lebhaft zu gestalten, also möchte ich das es zum Freispruch kommt und genau so weitergeht. Since last week he is parking his car right in front of the police station that he harrassed and insulted over the last years constantly.

At the moment we only get several pictures of the parking car every day. So the watchmen are watching him. My guess: Even the dumbfucks within the ranks of Drachenlords haters can controll themselves at the moment given that next Wednesday is his trial and they don't want to cause anything from which he could profite while they are afraid too to get caught bc of the nearby police station.

But sooner or later something will hapen to his car. Maybe someone will scratch his car with a key "by accident", stones will be thrown (eggs have already been thrown), stickers will be placed, who knows. But something will happen. It's a cosmic law.

I thought Finland was the most car friendly yuro country and they wanted 1200 a year for a fucking 3er BMW so I was expecting 2,000+ euros for Ford Blue.

Mind you where I live all registration fees are a flat $60/year

Rainer/die Autoren haben die Angewohnheit mit utopischen Siduerzionen aufzuwarten aber was soll jetzt noch kommen, was man nicht eh schon voraussehen kann?

Nehmen wir an er wird in 3 Tagen freigesprochen, dann wartet bis Ende des Jahres der Falsche (TM), eine neue Gerichtsverhandlung oder die totale Privatinsolvenz auf.
