Caution, autism overload investigative bullshit about a tangentially related thing incoming
It's time I talked about my least favorite Frenchman, Laurent Gomez (Salagir) once again, and this time not because of his poor choices in storytelling, but because of his poor choices in life, because he's got a Kickstarter now! While this would normally be fine, he's completely covering up the fact that he is heavily involved in the company that is having a kickstarter, for something that already exists for... some strange reason? (Not a good sign for his company lol) (Also who the fuck is gonna sink 5.5 thousand fucking dollars on this actual slop?)

Now, it's kinda weird that he'd do this, but this weirdness rabbit hole goes deeper!
Because if you check the company website that Laurent Gomez works for, Chibi Phoenix, you'll find that it now only lists two founders, and completely skips out on mentioning Gomez himelf!

Of course, if you were to check the last Wayback machine entry from July of this year, it looks quite different!

Kinda strange how Salagir would just be wiped off of the about page as one of the co-founders of this company, still, I'm sure there is nothing too fucky about this level of deception!
Let's see what's going on with the "team" of this kickstarter, shall we?

Interesting...
It's the exact same two founders as Chibi Phoenix! Let's go back to Chibi Phoenix for a moment and see what exactly they do (other than genuinely terrible slop games)
Oh would you look at that! It's Amilova!

Also for a bonus, Salagir himself is even in the fucking photographs they are using for the fucking Kickstarter.

He's the gremlin conveniently wearing the Dragon Ball Multiverse shirt with his cringe avatar for ease of identification

And here he is with an image sourced from the DBM wiki here as confirmation.
Also, can we appreciate just how fucking cringe it is for a 40+ year old man to get a t-shirt made of his OC Avatar and then actually wear it in public places? I don't care if it's at a convention it's just fucking weird to go out of your way to get a fuckin OC t-shirt.
Apologies for the only somewhat DB related spergeout, I just wanted to find a place to put this to paper while it was still fresh in my mind.
It's some real scummy stuff to scrub your existence from a company and then use your other projects to try to direct people towards it without disclosing that the money would directly go to YOU AND YOUR COMPANY.
tl;dr fuck you Salagir, you smelly frenchman.
I'm not a lawyer or anything, anybody who's read one of my posts before could tell this, but this doesn't really feel legal? Fuck I honestly hate the French so fucking much.
Suffar, Salagir.
