SS13 was subject to what can basically be described as a Long March, by trannies that over time, one after the other. Infested every fucking coderbase, for every server, and ground out everyone that wasn't them. They added furrys, banend saying nigger, nerfed all the good shit and just enforced top down change on the servers. It's not him specifically, it was like 9-10 of these faggots that just went through and slowly wiped out a decent community of autistic spessmen, and it pisses me the fuck off.
They even implemented a word filter on the Tg station chat for a short while, shit was suffering.
This is the host, bending the knee, and succking the girldick because the coders and jannies all got slowly replaced with furfaggots, troons, and weird sex pests.

Found out you can play it with the clean steam files no crack, so I've been having a blast. Still the buggy mess I remember but the new graphics are so pretty and the UI is 1000x better.
Shame their new coder is a tranny, but hope against hope they keep their fetish out of the game.

Tarn has planted transgender dwarves on the shelf.
I'm assuming that every single reply to KristoffPL here was "No, that's impossible" to everything.
Tarn had to address #2 separately so he didn't get killed, and he essentially says here that making it mean anything is beyond the scope of the game. For him, adding separate castes to even ONE creature, just to add a third pronoun or flip pronouns in the bios, is not worth his time. Above all, he says that he has no idea what the heck to do with it, and that those who think that dwarves even use gender (they certainly use sex) are deluded. It's concerning to see such a long post with an "I don't know, I can't think clearly about this" snuck in the middle, though.

df entered the goyslop universe. I don't see a reason for him not to stay on .47 for a few years when you'll be able to hack around your way into the .50+ versions.
I use those dwarves, which are not shown clearly as pure male or female on the therapist, as cannon fodder.

An ongoing analysis of Steam's player numbers, seeing what's been played the most.
It's true that the fanbase is small and the cash out was due to df's history, rather than appealing to the modern gaymer.
My problem with the charts is that they spiral downwards, compared to rimworld, which started from zero and climbed to high values and then stayed steadily on 30k users/day.
df started on release at 30k and it shows that around 3k is going to stabilize.
are we going to see DLCs?

Note that dfhack finally has a beta for 0.50.07, as well as a new version for 0.47.05. I really don't want to use a beta dfhack that doesn't even have embark-assistant working correctly, since I'm generally pretty finicky about my embarks and don't want to spend literally hours scrolling around the map to find them.
I'll note the Steam version (and the Classic from bay12) has incorporated some of the features of embark-assistant and is pretty snappy actually, but maddeningly, magma isn't one of the ones you can specify, and that's a dealbreaker.
So I guess I'm still on 0.47.05 for now, which will also give me time to decide whether the game has become completely pozzed by the time that's available.
ETA: when procedurally generated content gets a little too real.

Not sure on DLC, the brothers made fuck-you amounts of cash and are free to tinker/have their pet tranny be a code monkey for them.
But then again this is the current year, and I wouldn't put anything as impossible. Especially with more gender-special nonsense leaking into the game.

Really, when I first started playing DF my first fort collapsed after running out of food. I couldn't figure out for the life of me why my chickens weren't reproducing, then realize that the only hen I had embarked with was a "lesbian". Well that fort failed and the next on I started the dang on roaster was gay! At least that time I found out how to use dfhack to "straighten him out".
