They've gotten better under this creative director, but a man essentially has to be Ryan Gosling to pull it off. And Ellen is pretty much getting told what to wear by Gucci a lot of the time, and likely has very little input. As I said previously she might get shown a rack of clothing but if everything on the rack is going to look ridiculous on her, she can't really say "I don't want to wear any of this" without facing a breach of contract with Gucci. And she can't get it tailored, either, because they're supposed to fit weird.

Yeah the problem is she's tiny and scrawny and at the end of the day, a woman, and a woman with sawn off tits, any clothes designed for a man are going to look dumb on her, and because she's so tiny anything she wears would basically have to be tailored specifically for her, and it'd still look weird.

The shoes are utterly bizzare. I think you're right, they just don't make mens shoes in a size small enough, but it's more than that, she's not even picking the smallest size, she looks like Sideshow Bob, a lot of her shoes are obviously way oversized for her, they look like she could go fucking waterskiing in them, they're literal clown boots. Some of them look like they have platform soles too, it's just a bizarre look all around.

They all have the same backstory: they always knew they were different, their regressive and abusive families intimidated them into staying in the closet, and now they finally feel free to cut off those abusers and become who they were meant to be! Trans liberation! Trans joy!

Behind a lot of those pooners reading this script on their Xitter are confused, loving families that are devastated at being so unfairly maligned.
