Why can't the surgeons carrying out this butchery remove tits without leaving massive zig-zag scars and having the nips in the wrong places?

I used to think pre-pooner Ellen was quite cute until a friend said to me "her head is fucking massive, like a Mekon", and all of a sudden I could see it too. This is in the days before she had haircuts that made her massive fivehead blatantly obvious for all to see.

They absolutely can. Women who get masectomies for breast cancer usually have very minimal scarring. But they go to surgeons who give a shit, not gender clinic buthchers. Besides pooners seem to like their scars. Which is weird because it means that it makes it very difficult to pass as men. But I don't think most them actually want to be men, they just want to abandon womanhood. They don't really care if they aren't like the other boys, so long as they aren't seen as a girl.

Because it's all for attention. At one point those to trooned out were at least trying to integrate with society, now they do it to be "trans", not whatever gender they're supposedly transitioning to. Horrible scars and deformed, rotting nipples make you "unique".

the second season is definitely the best one compared to seasons 1 and 3. i would have enjoyed the third season wayyy more if Vanya stayed Vanya instead of turning into "Viktor" eugh

It's such classic feminine self harming behaviour. Like those chicks in school who cut up their forearms so everyone can see how much mental anguish they're in. Except they cut of their tits and parade their surgery scars around instead.

I knew a boy from school who had almost lost his leg in a horrific accident (lawnmower or tractor, can't recall) that sheared skin off his calf to the muscle. He got a skin graft, but it was still layers shorter than the rest of his body, and the impressions of his squishy muscles were going to be there forever.

His scarring is less repulsive than the forearm dick-meat grafting.
