^look @ Georgia Rodger. look @ Jazz. You can only do so much if your kid is on the spectrum. Hence, nothing the folks could do. Since Spectrum kids are monsters, liars, and cannot even for a moment be taught how to be a decent human being.

Prove me wrong. #YESALLAUTISTS

Not all kids end up being dicks because their parents spoilt them. If you're on the spectrum it's more likely. It's also more likely if you're male. I have no idea what Georgia is like but her bf is a dick.

I leave for a week and this thread goes from getting rid of all Californians to getting rid of all autists

I... don't know whether that's improvement, degradation or just as terrible.

Edit: Ooh, actually, I did get a beer glass that day.

I have a couple of those old school half pint dimpled glasses!

Beat that!

Well judging by yr avatar u r west hollywood all the way. of course they weren't in silverlake, eagle rock, my god NOT boyle heights (we're the kids from boyle heights! punch your face/yeah that's right/one thing i know is true/i know/i don't like YOU!) not echo park. actually, hipsters cannot live in the neighborhoods of the rodgers, because they are all awful people who mock guys in the union being grips for 30 years. point being, this autistic monster, relatively, wasn't THAT spoiled. except for when his mom's bf allowed her to take him to the Malibu beach house. It is a a matter of degrees.

LUXURY, is kinda being the children of Will & Jada Pinkett-Smith. In this milieu. Or being a Kardashian.

EDIT: pikimon, how much real estate are you doing in long beach or inglewood?

West Hollywood is too sleazy for me and it's just a community of pill popping twinks and queens.

Our real estate company mostly deals in property management since the housing market in general is still in the shitter and everyone is too afraid to buy. In terms of rent the cheapest place I could offer in the listings we have is a studio in North Long Beach (past Bixby Hills) for 850 a month, excluding utilities. Its a shitty listing however, and our crew is setting on making several overdue repairs (were talking mushroom growing out of the corners of walls shitty).

When I was over in korea, they had Bud Light and Budweiser in the same section as the other imported, gourmet beers, which I thought was quite amusing, so I know exactly what you mean. This is the law where I'm from:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alcohol_laws_of_Oklahoma
"Oklahoma's approach to alcohol is quite strict"
"Any beverage containing more than 3.2% alcohol by weight or 4% alcohol by volume, that is, most liquors, wines, and typical beer, may only be sold in licensed liquor stores at room temperature"
"Minors under the age of 21 are not permitted to possess or purchase alcohol; however, consumption in a "private setting" is not prohibited by Oklahoma law. "Minors may not have a blood alcohol level of more than .02%"
"Under Oklahoma law, it is a felony to provide alcoholic beverages to the "mentally deficient," the intoxicated, and persons under 21 years of age"
"It is illegal to sell packaged liquor (off-premises sales) on Sundays. Sales also are prohibited on Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Low-point beer for consumption off-premises may not be sold between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
"Licensed vendors may not advertise happy hours, serve more than two beverages at a time to a customer, give a discount to a person or group of persons, or permit the play of games that involve drinking"
"Landowners cannot lawfully permit a person under 21 years of age to consume alcohol on their property. Punishment for this crime is a fine between $2,500 and $5,000 and up to 5 years of imprisonment"

Be glad you live in the UK, not in the Sooner State.
I remember being an adult, but not yet 21, and restaurants wouldn't even serve me a glass of wine at a family meal in OK. At least in Texas they didn't care as long as your parents were there.

...although I have to say that most American beer isn't very serious stuff....
Most beer anywhere isn't very serious stuff. Like with most things, there's gravitation toward the mean. European countries have their commonly-drunk domestic beers that are cheap and shitty too.*

*Although maybe Germany, Belgium, and the Czech Republic are different, IDK.

One time, I was at dinner with some friends, and I had an expired ID. It said I was 21 as of *some date in the past*, but they turned it down. Like, what, do I somehow turn below 21 when my ID expires?

All the commonly-drunk cheap and shitty beers come from the continent (except Carling, that is a UK lager) although I will say Czech and Polish lagers are at least bearable.

Though their heritage would suggest othrwise, I have't found many Irish beers that memorable :(.

Guiness is I guess, but it is pretty dark and heavy. The rest, Harp, StrongBow, Killians red, O'Douls, are all ok, just not all that great. Irish whiskey is a different tale though

Strongbow's a cider.

As for Irish beers, Guinness is of course the go to, but Caffreys is not bad either.

Has anyone else tried that Putin beer by the way?

Yeah, that's annoying. Maybe the rationale behind that is that you may be using someone else's ID that they no longer have need for because it's expired and they got a new one. But, if the photo matches, it shouldn't be an issue, IMO.
