I like the idea that they though this would insult a metalhead.
Nothing's more metal than tearing into a lesser animal's flesh with your teeth and devouring it for sustenance.

At least she chimped out early. I'm sure the other passengers would have been thrilled if the plane had to land early to kick her off.A friend of mine told me a doozy of a tale from work. He works as a check-in assistant at an airport, so he has a fair few amusing stories of things that have happened or interesting passengers he's encountered.
On this particular day he was wandering around near the check-in desks when he noticed a woman looking rather lost. Since he's required to help passengers who look like they might be in need of assistance he began approaching her. As he did he noticed she was virtually a walking stereotype of a tumblrina - piercings, bubblegum pink hair, that weird fishmouth pout they all seem to do. But being a professional he swallowed his reservations and continued his approach.
"Hello there ma'am, can I help at all?"
Immediately she leaped back from him and started screeching incomprehensibly. After this initial outburst she calmed down and explained that she needed help locating her check-in desk, but wasn't willing to deal with a man. She wanted either a woman or a transgender person to help her. My friend held back a grimace and called for one of his female colleagues to come and help her. This dealt with, he went on his way thinking that was the end of it.
He was wrong.
About three quarters of an hour later he received a call on his walkie-talkie about a disruption at one of the gates. It was the tumblrina. Apparently there'd been a problem boarding her (the details of this were rather sketchy, but it could easily have been there was a guy manning the gate which she'd taken exception to) and she'd gotten abusive. Someone had tried to calm her down and in the process had touched her. She started screaming "RAPE!!!" at the top of her lungs, went into hysterics and had to be detained by security and removed.
The thing is, my friend knows all about Tumblr and SJWs so this wasn't really surprising to him. I can't help but wonder what his colleagues must've thought about the whole thing.

Fanfiction Studies is an actual major now? Jesus fuck that "degree" makes Gender/Racial/Queer Studies look like a fucking viable major.A while back, I came across a girl who majored in Fanfiction Studies. As I was leaving the store, I overheard a conversation where she practically yelled "THANKS FOR YOUR MICRO-AGGRESSIONS!"

Honest to God I saw a screencap in this subforum a while back of a chick working on her Fanfiction Studies major, writing a paper examining gender roles in Omegaverse AUs (i.e., turning established properties into weird rapey slavery gay porn with furry overtones). Could this be the same person?
I've heard of a guy with purple hair that went to a club wearing a barbie shirt (He didn't lose a bet btw) and was complaining about the fact the bouncer didn't let him in and that it was because he was gay.
