I went back through YandereDevFan's channel and counted, he's had 9 of these genderbent pictures made. By my calculations, that's $315 worth of this if he's really paying full price. And that's just the ones that he's showed on stream, who knows what lies in his personal stash?

Probably not. Majority of YandereSim fans have no clue what he looks like. I used to be a fan and I never knew what he looked like until someone linked this thread in the comments from one of his "progress update" videos.

I feel like Eva should just drop the whole Japanese highschool act and make it American or something (considering how he would know more about it) and make Senpai and Ayano the Japanese transfer students considering how they're the only ones that look kinda normal. Ayano could fall in love with Senpai because she's feeling lost in the new American culture and figures he's going through something similar and tries to bond with him over it and their own culture.

On a twit-long by Sad Panda (the developers of Crush Crush, where Ayano cameos) they said that models for the cameo in yandre meme. I dunno if this means that sad panda is making them or it is them saying that Eva is making them. The rest of the twitlonger is irrelevant to yandre sim, but the link is there if you want it.

Not being a Patreon creator myself, I can't say 100% for certain, but I believe Alex's response contains at least one outright lie.

The amount displayed DOES consider Patreon's cut and the payment processor fees. At the end of 2015, Patreon changed to show what creators earned instead of just their pledges. It's well-documented online, but you can also see it here at the asterisk points:

His point about the trolls might be untrue. Most Patreons of any significant size get the "charge upfront" feature, which means that pledges go through immediately. If he has this feature, then his posted total actually underestimates how much he gets per month. But I can't be sure about this because I don't want to risk giving him a dollar.

Based on what other (better) devs have said, I think he's wrong about the trolls regardless, though. His total probably decreases at the end of the month due to patron cards getting rejected, then bounces back as the charges go through or they fix the problem. He's just throwing out excuses to try to distract from the question.

His comment on YouTube is also more telling than he meant it to be, I think:

Why does it matter how much money I make from YouTube? I don't create YouTube videos to raise a budget for Yandere Sim, I create videos to keep people updated. I make money from ad views, but that money is the result of me putting dozens of hours of work into making videos that people enjoy watching. It's unrelated to Yandere Sim's budget. I don't need to feel obligated to put every single cent I make towards Yandere Simulator.

So, he admits he spends dozens of hours of work on videos that aren't necessary for the development of Yandere Simulator. They're apparently so unnecessary they don't even count as part of the same budget.

Also, just look at his 2016 transparency post:

In 2015, I turned down my friends every time they invited me to parties / weddings, so that I wouldn't fall behind on my Yandere Simulator progress, and now I never hear from my old friends anymore. I never leave my house unless it's 100% necessary. I used to exercise daily, but I haven't done that in over 2 years, and I've gained about 50 pounds since I started working on the game.
