"In 2015, I turned down my friends every time they invited me to parties / weddings, so that I wouldn't fall behind on my Yandere Simulator progress, and now I never hear from my old friends anymore. I never leave my house unless it's 100% necessary. I used to exercise daily, but I haven't done that in over 2 years, and I've gained about 50 pounds since I started working on the game."

:story: Oh Alex I don't think your hands are able to get married or have parties. Though the exercise daily thing is that the same as the progress on the game where he counts thinking about it then staring off into space as doing the thing he mentions.
Wait, what friends?

>now I never hear from my old friends anymore
I don't think it's just because of the stuff you listed if those friends are even real...

>I never leave my house unless it's 100% necessary.
An anime-con was that 100%? o.O

...and I think you get the point, just excuses which TL;DR to - "I didn't do it cuz I didn't feel like it, I'm a hardworking dev who sacrifices everything when I really don't. Lol."

"Hey Alex im getting married this weekend. I'd appreciate it if you went to the wedding, man."
"Sorry id rather stay home and make something off of a game concept that i got from 4chan while searching up hentai. Have fun at the wedding!"

Of course if you always turn down party invitations then your friends tend to think you don't want to hang out with them. So it's 100% Alex's fault his only 'friends' are 12 year olds and other creeps on the internet

Also lol, Alex would rather go to a con that happens every year vs. a wedding which usually happens once in a lifetime for your friend.

Friends? Parties?

Does Alex play Second Life, The Sims or something like that?

Even if he has friends in real life, it's obvious he is isolating himself. Everybody can balance work, hobbies and friends with a good schedule and avoiding procrastination. Independent developers can make schedule fit their lives as much as possible, so if those missed events really happened, Alex would be able to go if he was more organized or a better friend. A convention with unknown people (his fans, but still unknown people) is more important than a friend's wedding? ¯\_(?)_/¯

If he is wasting his youth like he says, it's because he spends an excessive amount of time playing games without learning new things, without working on his own game, (unless my silly theory is right lol).

What an asshole.

Please, I doubt it was a surprise and they were all probably glad, he hasn't made any progress emotionally/mentally since his he was home schooled and no normal person wants to deal with a weeb like that.

After seeing that screenshot of YandereDev's explanation of the differences between C# and UnityScript, I figured I'd offer to explain why his understanding was incorrect.
I guess I should have seen it coming, but apparently he seems to think that I was trying to be "smug" and "condescending". Whatever, I'm past caring about it anymore.

If he wishes to be immature and shrug off people genuinely trying to help, then whatever. He's riding on his own path to destruction.

Code:
[3:54:23 PM] Zombie: I saw your post about the differences between C# and JavaScript/UnityScript on Reddit, and since it was pretty much 100% wrong, I figured I'd offer to explain them to you, and what can be done about them. Interested?
[3:54:34 PM] YandereDev: um...
[3:54:46 PM] YandereDev: What did I get wrong?
[3:55:00 PM] Zombie: Mostly just the reasoning behind why those things were the case
[3:55:05 PM] Zombie: For example, the f suffix on values
[3:55:19 PM] YandereDev: Well, it's true that you do need to put an f suffix on values in C# but not in JS
[3:55:21 PM] Zombie: In JavaScript, there's only one numeric type, and that's a double
[3:55:28 PM] Zombie: In C#, there are numerous numeric types
[3:55:34 PM] Zombie: the suffix lets the code differentiate between them
[3:55:35 PM] YandereDev: This is wasting my time
[3:55:36 PM] Zombie: no suffix = double
[3:55:40 PM] YandereDev: You're talking to me so you can feel superior
[3:55:43 PM] Zombie: f suffix = float
[3:55:45 PM] Zombie: m suffix = decimal
[3:55:51 PM] Zombie: I have no desire to feel "superior"
[3:56:04 PM] YandereDev: I'm right, you do need to put an "f" suffix, I am not "100% incorrect"
[3:56:10 PM] YandereDev: You just want to be smug and condesending
[3:56:17 PM] YandereDev: Your reason for contacting me is to be a dick
[3:56:18 PM] YandereDev: Goodbye
[3:56:24 PM] Zombie: If that's how you want to see it, then okay then

Anyone else wonder what YandereDev will do when yansim finishes is forced to end development? If he thinks that this can spawn a franchise in a few years, he's clearly got his head up his ass like the one trick pony he is.

We should develop a Yandere Dev Simulator game where you press a button and make slurping sounds at Anime Tiddies while streaming on twitch and not develop a game.
It'd probably earn back 100x it's cost, go to all platforms, and win game of the year before yandev finishes Osana.

I can't help but just say wow. He's being a hypocrite in all honestly, He thinks he's an independent game developer than makes no flaws and the pedestal he's on is for everyone else to just admire.

I'm right, you do need to put an "f" suffix, I am not "100% incorrect"

Whatever you say.
